🔸This was a weird looking gym with very weird wall colors and lighting but Hey!!!! who cares if you have a bench, couple of weights and a pull-up bar🤷🏻♀️
🔸I did have more time today so I did a long warm up which took me about 15 mins. I warmed up with dynamic shoulder stretches like external and internal rotation.
Back stretches with back extensions and
One round of eccentric pull-ups and pushups.
Followed by 30 mins of upper body hypertrophy.
🔸My Upper Body Hypertrophy workout consists of 5 hypertrophy exercises and 1 plyo finisher - Targeting Chest, Back and Shoulders dominantly, and the secondary muscles involved are Biceps, Triceps, Rear Del and Core.
🔸Use a weight that is not too heavy but also a struggle until Rep 8th. Take about 45 to 60 Seconds rest between sets.
🔸Also I forgot to mention in my lower body hypertrophy vacay workout that I focus more on unilateral exercises during vacation just to be more specific in targeting specific muscles and try to make the most out of the workout for each segment of the body.

Greek rice pudding is simple, comforting and delicious. Some in Greece make it with eggs but I prefer without. Best enjoyed cold - if you can wait that long!
250 g Arborio rice or rice for risotto
500 ml water
500 ml milk 3,5% fat
400 ml heavy cream
200 g granulated sugar
6 cardamom seeds or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
2 cinammon sticks
ground cinammon, to serve
In a pot, add the rice, water, milk and heavy cream.
In a small food processor, beat the granulated sugar and 6 cardamom seeds. Beat for 1 minute, until the seeds are finely ground.
If you don't have cardamom, you can add a vanilla pod and its seeds directly to the pot.
Add the aromatic mixture to the pot.
Stir and add the cinnamon sticks.
Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes stirring continuously. It is important to stir continuously so that the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
As soon as it comes to a boil, lower heat to medium-low.
The longer you stir the more the mixture will thicken.
As soon as the rice begins to thicken, remove from heat, remove lid and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
You can serve it warm or cold. If you like it cold, refrigerate to chill.
To serve your rice pudding in the traditional Greek way, sprinkle with a generous amount of ground cinnamon.

Had a Great weekend here at the Olympia. Such a great experience meeting the best bodybuilders in the world and seeing what the world of bodybuilding really is like. Now it’s time to go home start preparing to get on stage next year!
