In 2018, I told myself that I would go on a discovery on the emotion of fear. Fear is rooted in a lot of our negative behavior.
Fear also prevents us from LIVING because it forces us to stay comfortable and content in our little bubble.
So when I started to say YES to everything that made me feel fearful, suddenly, all these opportunities started to present itself.
One of my personal favorites is being on a podcast of 5 million listeners. Every part of my introverted self wanted to say HELL NO! But there was no way I was going to pass up that opportunity because of fear, especially because I'm an active listener of the podcast myself.
When you actively take on fear in your life, especially the ones that stand in the way of your goals, you just may find that you're going to get a tad bit "luckier" :)
Which is better no stringer or with the stringer on? 🤔
Don’t be normal. What I mean by that is don’t just go through life with just basic intentions. Literally you only have one life don’t waist it if you wanna go and do something like explore around the world then find a way to do it. Go out there and live a little and I’m not talking about going out there and doing stupid things that most people call “living”. Nah what I’m talking about is being able to go out and do the things you love and dream of doing. sure it’ll take time and sacrifice to get to that point where you can do what you want to do but that’s definitely a part of it. You need to work hard before you can enjoy life that’s just how it goes but along the way make sure you are enjoying every second of the grind.
Sweetpea flower symbolises delicate pleasure, blissful pleasure or thank you for the lovely time.
The flower was cultivated because of its sweet smell and was also an important part of their floral arrangements. No grand wedding or dinner party would be complete at that time without the sweetpea. It became famous during the Victorian era because of the delicate perfume scent and the lovely colours of the flower.
If you look at the sweetpea closely, you will notice that the ruffled blooms looks like a resting butterfly.
Must be the season of the witch🌙 ⠀

What happy things have happened to you recently? Here are mine: my niece was born a few days ago and I get to meet her today 🥰, and my advance copy of my book, Grow Through It, came in the mail and it looks AMAZING. (Go preorder via the link in my bio — I promise you won’t be disappointed when it arrives in your mailbox in October!! 📬📚😄)
With so much going on, it’s tough to embrace these happy things, but if joyful moments come your way, do your best to enjoy them. They won’t last forever, and we all deserve little glimmers of happiness, even in dark times. ✨
