It has been a challenging couple of days. I had not prepped fully for the week, so by Thursday I felt it. I had not eaten the portions that I should have. Friday was even harder and this morning waking up to do day 20 I felt a distinct lake of energy. It amazing bot having the right balance throws you.
Well workout 20 done and I did have to modify, but I can't believe it. 100 workouts sounded so far off, but it only 80 to go. I am really loving the balance of, strength training, cardio, body balance and combat. Everything for a full body meltdown!

If there’s anything I’ve learned over this journey it is to PREPARE.... Monday’s are always such a hard day. Monday’s are the days I get home and just want to order take out. Yesterday I cooked two meals instead of just one so that I had options and was prepared for the beginning of the week.
White chicken chili and chicken sausage with gluten free pasta, broccoli, chicken sausage, and a little sweet potato gnocchi. I went to Trader Joe’s specifically for the cauliflower gnocchi and they were SOLD OUT so I decided to give the sweet potato kind a try. The sweet potato is good however I learned after that there is a little bit of whole wheat flour used so I wouldn’t get it all the time. Honestly speaking, I tend to fall off on the weekends. Sides are quick and easy since it's usually veggies, rice, salad... So I made my proteins for the weekend and it's so much less stressful knowing I don't have to think.
