This exercise allows us to do many cool things: it places our shoulders and hips in good alignment to develop proprioception, elevates our legs to decrease our ROM so we can work on form and volume, and really works the back and posterior chain for strength!
Try this exercise anywhere by placing your feet on any elevated surface. If you can’t hold it, simply fall out of the handstand. But also figure out why you fell: was your arms to close? Not enough stability? Improper alignment?
Repeat this exercises for 15-30 reps and work off those extra calories from the holiday 😉
