Day 4 was a pretty phenomenal day. It was a tough 89 miler but the weather was beyond magnificent and showcased the Scottish Highlands to their very finest. On a day like this, there is no better place. Come to Scotland and see it for yourself!

How gorgeous are the Moors on a beautiful autumn day. I love walking here whether it's on my own or with hubby. Our walk took us through Penistone Hill Country Park, up to Harbour Lodge Farm, across moor and down a steep narrow path beside waterfall to bridge. We timed our arrival at the Brontë bridge well & managed to get some lovely pictures. At walk end, enjoyed a tasty relaxing lunch at Cobbles and Clay. Shame Haworth is over an hour's drive but so worth it😃
Couldn't resist sharing this video of the most stunning morning in the Scottish Highlands this morning. The boys have done over 20 miles already and it is not even 9am! 89 miles to do today but with this beautiful weather and world class scenery, they will smash it with smiles on their faces!😁

I love hiking up somewhere high in the dark with no idea what's around and as the light rises it blows you away and makes all the huffin an puffin and the burn so worth it 😋 and this was probably the most stunning morning yet 😍
