If I can give one piece of advice, it would be: Always give off good energy, even with people you don’t like.
I believe that it is SO very important to give off good energy because it can easily change the outcome of not only your current situation but it can also have a positive impact on your entire life.
Think about all the people you have ever met. Think about their energy. Does anyone have 100% good energy? Probably not, and if they do, you probably love being around them. I say that you have to be that person. Be the person that makes the situation better. Be the person that lights up the room. Because if you are the one shining then you will never have another dark day!
🔆You CAN have it all!🔆 I ran into someone I used to work with at Costco today. She told me she had just retired and felt amazing.
Then I thought about how amazing I felt too. It wasn’t just because I left that job and became an entrepreneur, it was because I went through an entire season of investing in me.
A few years ago, I “had it all” based on our culture’s standards. I had a six figure job, great home and a new car every few years, but it was a lie. I was also 30lbs overweight, barely sleeping, hair falling out with terrible inflammation. I had nothing really. 🤷🏾♀️ Maybe it was divine intervention, but I took a pause and decided to change. I exercised and started eating like I cared about my body and lo and behold...I could sleep! I had energy! I had clarity! I was at the top of my game!
From that place I made some mega moves and today I really do have it all- my health, a thriving fitness coaching biz that I love and thick healthy hair (🤣). If you “have it all” but still feel tired, bloated, and yucky, then it’s time to invest in yourself too. Pop into my DMs and we can put together a plan to invest in your health...and your future!

As a father today, if I would have been told 10 years ago that I was going to become a father in 2018, I would have worked 10x harder every day. If you’re a parent now, you understand. If you’re not a parent yet, take this advice, or you’ll remember this post when the time comes. That’s if you wish to become a parent someday. Build now! Your grind today affects the next generations to come. 🔨
While reading 📖 many successful people’s biographies, observing them and speaking with them, I have noticed specific actions and behaviors which are inherent to them. 👉 https://foundsiders.com/blog/5-specific-actions-to-achieve-success
As @simonsinek imonsinek talks about in his book #startwithwhy , people won't truly buy into a product, service, movement, or idea (i.e. everything we’re all doing here on IG) until they understand the WHY behind it. (We suspect this has a lot to do with the rise of Mission Driven Marketing, but we’ll save that for another post.)
So while we’ve quietly defined our Why behind the closed doors of Bazooka World Wide HQ™ and crystalized it (repeatedly) in our ever evolving bio, Instagram is a community and we want to know what YOU think.
So without further ado…our Why.
We want to pass on what we’ve learned in 20+ years working for creative advertising agencies and international brands because we think what we have to say can help. Whether your company is big or small. Whether you’re on your own, or working with a small team of like-minded people. Whether you’ve got a product or a service or a you that needs to look better, sound smarter or just otherwise be more on point with your BRAND here on the socials.
We’re not Instagram/algorithm/social media geniuses. But we have been putting words and images in the mouths of million-dollar brands for 20+years and by sharing what we know, we think we can add value to whatever it is you’re doing or wanting to do.
So there it is.
Tell us what you think of our why and we’ll tell you what we think of yours.

Your environment influences your levels of procrastination since if you have more distractions there will be more opportunities for you to procrastinate. Get rid of any distractions such as phones, loud noises, and visual distractions. Instead, prepare an environment where you associate with being productively for hours. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Another thing about your environment is how it is designed. For example, if you study in a place where the main focus is the TV, such as the living room, you may find yourself more likely to watch TV, instead of working. The same goes for work, if you have a relaxed environment, without anything, but the necessary to work, it will be easier for you to work. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ❗️JUST DO IT❗️
The easiest but most undervalued way to stop procrastinating is just doing it. Just start and keep going after a few minutes you will realize how much you have done, which will encourage you to keep going. That is called momentum. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
If you can’t get started, then start setting deadlines to your goals and projects, this way you will be forcing yourself to do it. This will also help develop your time management skills.⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ❗️GET THE HARD STUFF DONE FIRST❗️
Even if it seems counterintuitive. Doing the hard stuff first will give you the momentum to keep going, and everything after it will seem easier and takes a shorter amount of time. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
❗️SET SMALL GOALS❗️
Most people procrastinate before starting a project just because it seems so massive. Starting by divide your work into small goals will bring you momentum. Enabling a productive state of mind and cause you to feel proud of yourself after completing such a number of goals. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀
❗️DON'T TRY BEING PERFECT❗️
Even though you should do your best, you aren’t perfect. For example, if you are starting your own business, you can’t do everything perfectly or are going to waste your time. In this case, there are two ways of procrastination. The first one is to not start working beca
