First pic was on my 20th birthday and was before I started my SW journey. Second picture was earlier this month and I’m now 2 stone 1lb down. I would never ever have dreamed of wearing a dress like that before, even now I felt a bit unsure because it’s so out the box for me - I was always wearing ‘jeans and a nice top’ to cover up/blend in but I feel so much more confident in myself and am comfortable trying new clothes and being a bit more ‘out there’. 😁 Very close to target now!!

Quark mixed with sweetener and options white choc powder (2), added green food colouring to 3/4 and dolloped on the stack, stuck in half a biscoff (1) crumbled on one side of an oreo thin (0.5) mixed the remaining white choc quark with a little pink food colouring and piped on lil flowers and popped on some blueberries 💐
Lovely walk to nursery this morning due to crashing into my fiancé yesterday so no cars at all 😩😩 what a bad Monday eh! And a nice breakfast 1 Muller light smooth toffee yogurt 0.5 syns and 1 HIFI bar I’m counting as my HEX🅰️ as I’ll be having the other one tonight! And now for some revision 🤓 •
Ham egg cups and spaghetti🍳🥓.
One of the simplest breakfasts this morning! All for half a syn for the spaghetti😍.
To make the ham egg cups just pop a large piece of ham into a silicone cupcake mould and crack an egg into it! Pop in the oven on 180 for around 25 mins until the egg is set! ❤️🍳.
Served with half a tin of spaghetti (0.5 syns).
#transformationtuesday 🖤 i was going to post a transformation picture but i’m still in my ‘before’ stage🤪 i can see changes in myself and have taken pictures in my old jeans (my GOAL jeans), so i can see them gradually starting to fit💁🏻♀️ but i’m not ready to share those yet, i’ll wait until they fit perfectly🙏🏼 so i’m sharing this picture from a few weeks ago instead, my confidence was high and i felt great! my mindset transformation had already begun😊 i can’t wait to see how confident i feel once i’m nearer to target💖
Just me, waiting on boarding my flight to NEW YORK ♥️🇺🇸✈️ Meeting up with @myswlifeinsquares98 and @gillpratt75 after they just had the most amazing time in Hawaii - still so jealous! But so excited for bagels, hot dogs, pizza, burgers, American lemonade... you name it! It will definitely be an off-plan week but this is what holidays are for 👋🏻 Counting down the hours until I land 🗽🇺🇸

Weigh in day and I maintained😢 I’m happier than I would’ve been if I had gained and I have to remember that I was ill the majority of the week too! But still disappointing. However I won’t let it demotivate me and I’ll carry on☺️ Have a good Tuesday guys🥰
BURGER IN A BOWL 😋😍 Fried lean beef mince and onion on a bed on lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Topped with 40g low fat cheddar (HEXA), sliced gerkhins and ‘burger sauce’ (lighter than light mayo mixed with tomato ketchup) 🤤 This tastes soooo naughty and really feels like you are having a burger. A great idea for an SP day too 🍔🙌

The photo on the left was back in 2015 and the one on the right was the other day, my weight has fluctuated since I was about 10, I'm an emotional eater and have always eaten out of boredom! I still do, but now I swap chocolate bars and cakes for fruit and veg! 😂 Ive been maintaining my 7st 4lb loss for over a year now 😊 I know it seems impossible and trust me it's not easy but if you're determined you 100% can do this 😁🖤
Wow 👏🏻 I seriously cannot even explain how good these roast potatoes are!!!! 😍 yes, they deserve that many exclamation marks! 😆😆 I’ve done them too early, everyone isn’t coming for another couple of hours but I’ll either keep them warm or warm them up again. I’m one of those people who start everything way too early because I like to have everything done for when people get here 🙈😂 anyone else like that? .
These potatoes are sooooo good!! I’ve had to taste a couple just to make sure 😍 I peeled and chopped potatoes, put into the actifry. Sprayed with frylight and sprinkled with garlic, mixed herbs and pink salt. Into the actifry for 50 minutes and to be fair I probably could have left them a few minutes longer too! Honestly, they’re so good! .
