I remember when this was hard af. When there was no way I wanted to get out of bed early to do a stupid workout that may or may not work on my phone. When I first started i would prop my phone in a show on my wood stove so I could see it. Sometimes we make do with what we have and still succeed.
Let me tell you living off grid always has challenges but it didn't keep me from my goals. I definitely lagged and took months to REALLY🙄 commit.
But then I noticed I started to have more energy, that I saw my confidence grow🥰 that I saw what a difference it made not just on me but my whole family.

I’ve got so much sweat 💦 dripping off of me right now... feels great to be able to push play today. I’ve been feeling really off and no energy whatsoever...
I was in bed resting all weekend and then yesterday I had a sleep study done. So not much rest until I got home. Not sure what’s going on... it could be related to my heart ❤️, just not sure yet. So, I’m just really tuning into my body and not pushing myself a bunch.
Next step is to get some blood work done, I think....

I waited longer in the day to get it done (not necessarily on purpose). I didn’t have all of my equipment. I did it outside on a tennis court instead of my living room. It was dark by the time I finished.
But guess what, ya girl DID IT. I started over again with a new day one, and it feels so good.
One thing I love about my at-home workouts is that our super trainers release new programs multiple times per year, so we NEVER get bored. Our bodies keep getting challenged and keep changing. Our muscles learn new moves and get stronger everyday.
This new little gem..it’s definitely going to challenge me. And it’s definitely going to change me. And I am here 👏🏻 for 👏🏻 it 👏🏻. Wanna be here for it too? YOU CAN.

Wasn’t going to let a 𝕋𝕣𝕠𝕡𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕝 𝕊𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕞 stop my run streak! I still prefer to run outside but it is super convenient to have the treadmill to be able to use when I need to! Still amazed that God provided it when I needed it for a price I could afford ($50 on FB marketplace 😂).
So far liking Muscle Burns Fat, I need to pick up the set of 10lb dumbbells a friend offered to let me borrow but I’m going to need higher for this program. I still can’t believe I can’t get them in any store!! I can finally find some online but companies are price gouging them - I’m not paying $100 for a 10lb set of neoprene 😬

Au retour au travail après deux belles semaines en famille.
Je dois retrouver mon "groove" dans mon horaire du quotidien. Oui, c'est facile de perdre le "groove" mais quand tu es motivée comme je le suis, je dois me demander, pourquoi faire ce parcours? Ben, moi, c'est parce que je suis redevable a moi-même. Moi, je veux avoir du "fun", pousser mes limites, essayer de nouveaux, être dans une communauté positive et motivée!! Woohoo!!

Busy day. Tons and tons and tons of outside work this week. No way around, so we make the best of it. Some tunes, some tanning, and some good working getting done.

I am getting this question a lot lately. I have struggled as a single parent and professional to find a fitness plan that fits my life. I was always sandwiching it in sometime in the afternoon or evening, or not if I was too busy or something came up. Lots of other things, important things, came first.
I just turned 49. I want to be in a body I am proud of when I turn 50.
I found Beachbody On Demand in January. I had done P90X in the era of the DVD workout. This is a whole different beast, any device, anytime. I tried it. The more I did it, the more I loved it. All kinds of programs, 30-60min/ day. Strength, cardio, dance, barre, pre/post natal, whatever you feel is your jam. I also found nutrition plans that help me live my life using food as fuel. And finally, a bunch of great trainers, and a supportive community of people like me, changing their lives.
So, now I’m a coach, because come on, you know I love group activities, and cheering people on. I don’t have it all figured out, still very much on the journey. If you think Beachbody fitness or nutrition might be for you, or if you want some friends to hold you accountable and help you find the you you want to be, I’m your girl.

Have patience, give yourself grace ! This journey takes time , its not a race ! I had to tell myself this OVER AND OVER in this season of life!! 💕
I wanted the results to come faster, I wanted my strength back sooner! I had all these ideas of how it was "suppose " to go and Man was I wrong 🤨!! I had to learn patience in the process , there was days that were hard, days that I really didn't feel like eating healthy or working out ! It required giving myself grace and some tough love to keep going ! It took me a ✨YEAR TO GET THE RESULTS✨!!
Now looking back i am so glad that it did ! I learned so much in this process and im so grateful for it! I learned how to push through those hard mental barriers and show myself how pushing through the hard stuff is where the change happens! It showed me that no ones journey looks the same, there is not set timeline , but if I just kept showing up , kept pushing, JUST KEPT GOING the results would come ( And they did 😉💕)
So just remember on whatever jouney you are on that YOU'VE GOT THIS✨! Give yourself some grace and a little tough love and JUST KEEP GOING!! ❤️

Postpartum with Ellie, I waited a long time to workout and then this time with Owen I jumped in as soon as I could but I am still very weak in my core.

But this is a low impact program, under 30 minutes long, that is going to help prepare your body for labor but also for when the baby is here!!

I have been an over-sharer recently lol but I’ve realized you gotta have no shame & do what you wanna do!
I used to have the “all or nothing” mentality when it came to fitness. Either I went to the gym /class and went ham or if I couldn’t make it, I’d sit on the couch and eat Hot Cheetos aggressively. 🤣
Don’t get me wrong, I still scarf down hot Cheetos lol but my mentality has shifted from “all or nothing” to “something is better than nothing” & that’s helped motivate me so much!
Basically, you don’t have to lift heavy weights over your head and scream in order to be active! Literally, something is better than nothing. So, if that means doing some squats while you wait for your popcorn to pop in the microwave or do some stretches while watching tv it will make a difference!!
There’s enough content on insta to make us feel bad about ourselves and I never want to contribute to that. So, please let it be known I acknowledge it is easier for me to have an athletic physique because I am naturally petite and I can eat badly and still have an athletic build, which is not the reality for everyone! Also, I have never given birth or have kids. I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself or anything really when you have little ones!!
So, I encourage you to adopt the “something is better than nothing” mentality & do something active everyday even if it’s only 1 min or 45 mins! If you miss a day, nbd! Don’t let that de-rail you!!
Also, shoutout to the OG @shaunt for kicking my butt everyday on @beachbody I highly recommended trying out the app! They have a free trial! There’s even a 10 min workout for those short on time! I just finished insanity max 30 and it was amazing! #teambeachbody
There are so many workouts to try & some without equipment (thanks to the price gougers I have no weights lol) ANYWAYS GET OUT THERE & GET MOVIN!! I am always hear if anyone needs some motivation or need ideas to make working out fun! LOVE YOU ALL!! 🥰💪🏼💋

What would you set out to do/ accomplish if you were given 12 months off work?
I am now faced with this opportunity. I wasn’t sure I would be given it, and now that I have, I feel unbound and free. Yet, I feel like there’s almost too many options and that’s a little unnerving.
The one thing I know for sure is that my life is forever changed by the events of the last four months. Some good, some bad, all guiding me closer to what I’m meant to do. I’m finding there’s peace in this Journey 💜
