I think I'm back with regular food pictures. I hope 😅
Anyways I took a super quick 5 minute shot of this super yum dumpling called 'Bagiya'. I was running late for college.
Bagiya is very popular in our Madhesh culture. It is made by stuffing spicy lentil paste in rice dough and then steaming it. You can have it whole, cut in slices and to make it even better, shallow fry the slices in mustard oil.
I just love it.

Proclaimed as largest Indian Thali, this one ☝🏻 was shared by 5 of us family members. It consisted of a dish from each state of India 🇮🇳 plus a few add on dishes adding to around 50 items to eat. It was a good timing as we all had just returned from a fine day long Delhi trip & were quite hungry 😋. To list a few dishes: Kashmiri Kahwa, Kashmiri Pulav, Brinjal curry, Dal Makhni, Paratha, Rajmah, Chocolate Kalakand, Rabdi shots, Paneer Lababdar, Mumbai Dabba, Chilli 🌶 Pakoda, Hyderabadi Biryani, Pudina Chutney, Curd Salad, Samosa, Veg Kabab, Gulab Jamun, Roasted Papas, Tomato 🍅 Ketchup, Lady Finger Curry 🍛, Paneer Butter Masala etc., We found it to our surprise & there was no plan specifically for the thali. If at all you happen to be in Cannaught Palace ever, visit this beautiful place in N Block.
