I had an AMAZING walk this morning! For the first time I walked down a street near my house that usually stresses me out... except this time I voluntarily looked back at my Mom every few seconds instead of trying to stare at everything 🥰 I even let a few slow cars pass me close by (super scary) and stopped to say hi to a guy operating some heavy noisy digging machinery. Yay me. I think the penny has finally dropped! Time to sleep now (with one eye open, as always) 👀
The largest of the Great Lakes, Lake Superior is a premier canoe and kayak destination. More recently, standup paddleboarding has become a popular activity in the area owing to the pristine waters and sandy beaches. You could say it is an all round SUP-erior destination!
We would recommend @naturallysuperioradventures for their varied aquatic activities and their location along the Michipicoten River. They offer guided excursions, instructions and rentals. Although we didn't get a chance to try SUP, we enjoyed a canoe trip down the calm river to a scenic waterfall. More on our experience in a future post.
Have you tried SUP? #wegothatway
I had the mondayest of mondays yesterday.
Definitely wish hopping onto a SUP board in a pristine lake was a daily option around here, but since it isn't - looking for your tried and true mood boosters for these kind of days!

Hiking around Olympic National Park feels like stepping back into the times when dinosaurs roamed! I really love all the ferns and moss around the woods. Have you found a place to hike where you feel transported back in time? (@nikonusa D850 and 14mm lens at f/11).
