I'm making my steps
One by one by one
Still one part of me
Wants to have more impressive results
Let me hug this part of mine
Let me tell it - I'll be where I need to
In no time
Time is an illusion, sweetie .

Please give me another season
Where you smile and kiss each other
Please spare me another year
Where you let me photograph
Your wide eyes and tiny feet
Let me put your sock back on
After you rip it off like a nuisance
The sock that keeps you from feeling
The dirt under your tiny feet
Please spare me another season
So I can wipe what arises from your wide eye
And slides across your cheek
Because you got a splinter
Because your ripped your sock off
Because you havent felt it yet
“We are living in a culture entirely hypnotized by the illusion of time, in which the so-called present moment is felt as nothing but an infintesimal hairline between an all-powerfully causative past and an absorbingly important future. We have no present. Our consciousness is almost completely preoccupied with memory and expectation. We do not realize that there never was, is, nor will be any other experience than present experience. We are therefore out of touch with reality. We confuse the world as talked about, described, and measured with the world which actually is. We are sick with a fascination for the useful tools of names and numbers, of symbols, signs, conceptions and ideas” - Alan Watts #alanwatts#nowisthetime#nowoclock#timeisanillusion

I started replacing “I don’t have time” with “I didn’t make time” recently.
I think we can all relate to having that thought “I wish I had time to do … this or that.” Especially when forming new habits.
Once I began acknowledging that “I don’t make time” for things that are truely important to me, my mindset completely shifted.
I became fully aware of those moments when I was allowing non-important tasks/activities to distract me from my true goals and ambitions.
Slowly, I began to notice how I can create time for things that mean something to me, and let the rest fall away.
Those things “I don’t have time for” became front and center in my priorities and became more enjoyable too!
Things “I didn’t have time for…” that I a now “create time for”… Morning rituals that serve me each day
Learning & creating content for this page
Grocery shopping so we eat better and save money - learning to enjoy it too!
What is something you can apply this to in your own life? What do you “not have time for…” but want to create time for?
Share in the comments if you are ready to make the shift :)
Definition of time:
slow. . . whn we wait
Fast. . . . whn we r afraid
long. . . whn we r sad
short. . whn we r happy
Nvr end. . whn we r sick
Do not feel. . . whn we r satisfied
Mk feel die. . . whn we r bored
Time can only be determined by our feelings & mental state n not by a watch
This!!!!! This is truth right here. All 5 are important but let’s focus on just nutrition for a minute. IMO the best way to stop yo-yo dieting, start losing weight, and maintaining weight loss is to realize “You are always one healthy meal away from getting back in your plan”
You ate a bag of chips....big plate of your favorite high calorie meal...few too many cookies? If you’re me maybe you accidentally ate a bowl size bag of m&m’s 😳 .
Guess what? You don’t have to start tomorrow! You can actually start with the very next meal you put in your body! @morgan_wins tells me “time is an illusion” Your body doesn’t know if it’s tomorrow, today, or Monday 😉 Everyone eats extra sometimes. Food is tasty! The real indicator of success is if you let one less healthy meal snowball or if you enjoy it and move on🙌🏻 #weightloss#balance#reallife#consistency#celebrateeveryvictory#getbackontrack#timeisanillusion

Time as we know it is an illusion. Let me explain - we usually think of time as having three parts - Past, Present, and Future. The past is a collection of memories that we can't experience, we can only remember it. The future is a mental construct from the present. We can't experience the future until it "becomes" the present. Until then it is a hope, a dream, anxiety or "what if." We can project what the future may be like, but generally we are considerably less accurate than when we remember the past. That leaves us with the ever-changing, expansive, eternal present moment.
Maybe we created time to try and measure the rate of change in the present, however, it is always now. Time is the space between all manifestations, otherwise we would experience everything now. This space allows us to choose more or less of something. Although the illusionary nature of time is the deep truth in this matter, it's not particularly practical. To be totally in harmony with this truth, you'd need to wear a watch that always said "now". But you'd be late for a lot of appointments and meetings.... So I thought "how I could apply this in a practical manner "- which brought me to the awareness of now. In flux, Denise🥴💜.
Your higher self, God, angels, guides, the universe will only ever lead you to EXPANSION.
Feeling not ready, not good enough, the time is not yet right, or whatever other bullsh*t you keep telling yourself is coming from FEAR and fear alone.
Your higher self will only lead you to MORE. To your purpose, your mission, exactly what is meant for you.
The 'bad sh*t' that happens, stress, sickness, tension, everything feeling hard and like you can never catch a break, that is from continually REFUSING to not trust your universe.
That is from continually saying NO to your soul. No to your higher self and where it is trying to lead you.
Because the more you follow your soul and say YES to your higher self, the EASIER and more FUN life actually gets.
What? You thought you came here to struggle?
Pain and struggle are only necessary.. until one wakes up and REALIZES that it is no longer necessary.
So what will it be buttercup?
Keep on keeping on riding that struggle bus because you continue to fall back into your cave of comfort and mediocrity?
Or decide to TRUST for once in this entire human incarnation that everything is always working out for your highest good and your one and only job is to BE. FULLY. YOU.? .
I'm trying to free your mind.
But I can only show you the door.
You're the one that has to walk through.
The choice is yours👽🧝🏼♀️✨ .

“I just don’t have the time...”
I get it life is busy! We have kids, work, school, appointments etc. going on in our every day life. We are responsible for things and people other than ourselves. Everyone has obligations and can be overwhelmed with everything on their agenda. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What I wonder is how long is it until you burnout? Be honest with yourself- are you eating enough nutritious food, drinking enough water, are you taking time for you? If you are not then your priorities need to adjust. Just like in an emergency on a plane the pilot tells you PUT YOUR MASK ON FIRST! Making your health and well-being a top priority will help you in all aspects of life and improve them. Just by choosing to do a 30 minute workout a day, drink a bottle of water before every meal and taking time to meal plan or prep for the week YOU set yourself up for success! That could mean you need to wake up a bit earlier, you may need to cancel your Netflix date on the couch, you might even need to skip some social events. But in the long run you have chosen to do what will make you a better version of yourself!
There is absolutely NO shame in making time for you. As women we take on so many roles. We give ourselves completely to the people we love. Just imagine the impact you can make on your loved ones as you grow and develop into the woman you know you DESERVE to be! They will benefit just as much as you will. Please think about making the time to take great care of yourself. If you need some help finding what works for you I’d be more than happy to help you out! We’re in this together and I know you will be so glad you decided to make the lifestyle change!!
"Viv, I'm too busy to start anything". Trust me and believe me when I say I understand. I used to think exactly the same way! Add another thing on my very busy plate? No thanks! But girl, if you don't have time, what are you doing right now to change that 🤷🏻♀️? I know side hustle or part-time work isn't for everyone, and I'm not going to convince you to do it if that's not your thing. But I don't want "I don't have enough time" to be the reason why you can't be successful with the R+F opportunity.
Let me break it down for you. This is how much average time I spend on this business:
⭐️make a social media post 3 minutes
⭐️respond to a message 1 minute
⭐️phone chat with someone who is curious about the business 15 minutes
⭐️train my team 30 minutes
⭐️attend an event once per month 2 hours
⭐️learn or update knowledge (will listen while I'm running an errand) 15 minutes
💛What about storing and selling your inventory? ZERO minutes (R+F does stores and delivers to your customers for free!)
💛What about throwing parties? ZERO minutes. (No requirement)
💛What about creating your marketing content? ZERO minutes (free from R+F)
💛What about managing your e-commerce website? ZERO minutes (R+F does this for you!)
Time can be used in so may ways. If you rather use your time to binge watch on Netflix, go for it girl! But knowing there's an opportunity to build a future with an income that gives you an abundance of time down the road, would it be worth sacrificing 15-30 minutes of your downtime right now?💡
If you're scrolling down to this post and reading it all the way through, trust me babe you HAVE the time to be successful in this business. Next time you're scrolling aimlessly through IG or rewatching Sex and the City somewhere, and decide OH CRAP she's right I can spend some time to do this, you know where to find me.
Thank you Carly Marshall for inspiring me.
I used to live outside my body... I am learning to move in... and stay in... by my own choice... As far as I know I picked this skill up from my childhood... it’s a skill... because it’s a choice... now ...many are learning to leave their body... through their consciousness... not a permanent evacuation... but a momentary alignment with other perceptions of time... meditation... art... love... to benefit all dimensions of time...
This body... is an excellent form and example of linear time... we are born... grow... decay and die... this is the form of matter we inhabit in this experience... but it’s not the only experience or existence of whatever it is... that I AM... it’s the linear measurement... that I am identified with as I age...
I imagine... that this form of time... can be it... all that’s necessary for the human experience ...if that is what one chooses... but there are also other forms of time... dimensions of consciousness... that participate in a larger process...
I am okay with not knowing the answers... no test to take... to be graded on... learning through my own experience is making myself home in this body... of linear time... and using my other tools... abilities and assets to expand into other perceptions... thank you to @healingwithhearthouse ...for inspiring this pondering on #Listen ...as this is what I heard... no fear of aging... I can love linear time... through seeing the life of my body... and appreciating its gift... of time and timelessness... with it... all is potential...
We keep on running and running without satisfaction
Constantly chasing the next best thing
Overthinking...overscheduling...basically just overdoing
Too much action
Too much focus on everything else instead of simply noticing what already lies within
We've become too addicted to the chase
Without even realizing that Spirit doesn't act in haste
Hopefully there will come a day when you'll understand that there's nothing to catch up with in this illusion
And I pray that will be the moment when you'll make the decision to no longer participate in this 3D ratrace
and put an end to all of the confusion
WILD | THE UNSTRUCTURED LIFE
"There are no straight lines in nature" - Antoni Gaudí .
Time is just a construct we use to make sense of life, but this is a false security. I’m sure you’ve experienced the relativity of time … how some things seem to take ages (jogging on a treadmill comes to mind) and others seem to pass in the blink of an eye (like saying goodbye to a loved one). .
But even the concept of time - that there is a past and present and a future - distort *reality* which is that we can only ever truly experience the present, the now. There literally is nothing else than the present. Memories evoke the past and worries raise the specter of the future … but those are illusions. They aren’t real and the stories we attach to these illusions trap us, sap our vitality … and ultimately make us less free. The freedom to choose always exists in the present moment. Please, please read Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” - just do it.
We are wild, our minds, bodies, and souls weren’t made to run against the precision of clocks. We are not machines. But we certainly act as if we believe we are. I spent so many years pushing myself into the order that is dictated by clocks, schedules, timetables, organizations, structures. Never once did I question why I was forcing myself to live this way - it seemed ordered, efficient, precise. It seemed to make sense. .
But I was never living in the present if my mind was focused on the clock and the next place I was suppose to be, the next thing I was suppose to be doing. .
It has taken me years to unwind and unlearn keeping a rigid schedule. And I feel so much healthier and stronger for it. Things that need to get done still get done, they get done in their own time. There isn’t the same sense of urgency or stress. And since I’m not trying to cram a million things into my day, unimportant things don’t get done … or - as I often see these days - get handled in some other way. Loosening my grip, the vice of control on my time and my output frees up the Universe to step in and lend a helping hand. .
A dear friend use to say “Time flies like an arrow…” on and on in a straight course. But that is an illusion...
