Raccontami
Wonder whether the little plaque in between the windows symbolises anything or is it just a boujie air vent?

Last weekend I went back to Central London for the first time since lockdown. It's been fascinating (and slightly surreal) to see the city come back to life... even though I guess we can all agree that our government has mismanaged the whole COVID situation from the very start. 😩
I did love the quietness in the streets of Covent Garden when walking through it on a sunny Sunday evening, and I loved the wind blowing in my face while crossing Waterloo Bridge. It made me feel alive.

🔴 Coqfighter 🔴 Located In Soho.

This is probably my 5th Visit here....
Firstly I would like to address the Halal Status. I would recommend to everyone to stick to the Soho Restaurant. Their other Branches have not been confirmed as halal (Personally). Their deep fried wings has alcohol and fried on the same oil with all the other fried chicken. However their soho Branch they decided few months back after many of us wanted a separate fryer. And yes they now use a separate fryer In the Soho Restaurant.
Pictured above are-
🔳 Green Chilli Cheese Burger (£9)
🔳 Fried Chicken Korean Bao Buns (£4.50 Each)
🔳 Cheesy Corn (£5)
🔳 Fries (£3)
Firstly the awarding winning Burger. This was honestly one of the best Fried Chicken Burger. This burger and Mother clucker has always been my number 1. However for a restaurant experience I would recommend Coqfighter. The Thigh Burger is super moist and juicy and that green chilli went perfectly, making it not too spicy, just perfect.
The Bao Buns has to be one of the best as well. Having dozens of Baos in many other establish Bao Buns joint. This one is still one of the best, if not the best. Sometimes I feel like it’s even better than their Burger. The korean spices and touches are amazing.
The Cheesy Corn is the perfect side. Lovely creamy, Cheesy and Buttery corn. Use to to dip it with fries or just have it by itself.
Fries normally comes with dashi salt and paprika. I avoid them powders. I love my plain skinny fries.
- All in all The Best Spot For Fried Chicken Burger
- The Green Chilli Cheese Burger is the best one.
- Their Bao Buns are as good as the Burger if not better than the burger or any other Bao buns out there
- All Chicken Halal, Except Wings which contain Alcohol
- Separate Fryer used for the wings only in the Soho Restaurant
- Good Hygiene maintain
- Social Distance in place
Sometimes you just need a badass brownie cheesecake cake. Layers of black velvet sponge baked with pockets of decadent vanilla cheesecake, filled with Oreo crumble and finished with lashings of chocolate cheesecake icing and topped with mini Belgian chocolate bars. In fact we probably need this every day 😊
