Corners like this are what can make or break a property. Left exposed, they are unsightly, unwelcoming and worst of all, underwhelming for a prospective buyer. This is where home staging comes in! By simply adding a pot of flowers or ornament to cover up the electrical sockets, this corner is immediately homely and even impressive ✨💐 For more tips like this go to the 🔗 in bio for my website, or contact email@example.com
Have a lil gander at my blog if you want to read all about a ‘DAM’ good place to visit (link in bio) Decided I can’t actually pull off a spoof account, so here’s a travel one instead! I’ll be doing pics of my favourite places with links to blogs which have more detail! I’ll appreciate all support but please don’t feel any obligation to follow if this isn’t you’re thing, peace out 🤞🏻
These ‘top tips’ have been requested a few times so I racked my brain to think of how I tackled assignments way back when I was training. Hopefully this helps some trainee teachers! If it helps just one person then I will be happy!
💻Deadline - Before you start anything...make a note of when the deadline for the assignment is. Then also make a note of it a week before in your diary as a reminder. I always used to see this first reminder as the deadline. That way if anything went wrong there was still time to fix it!
💻 Notes - As you are reading and preparing you write your assignments, make LOTS of notes as you go. This will make it so much easier when you come to write as you have jotted down all your thoughts and findings.
💻Referencing - Reference as you go! Every time you reference a book, add it to your reference page there and then. I used to HATE referencing and found it so tough at the end.
💻Proof read - Proof read each section / paragraph as you go too. Then when you come to proof read at the end there is less likely to be any changes needed.
💻Library - Use the univesity library (if you can) or find somewhere else to work. If you are like me then working at home is much less productive. If you have set aside the time to do it elsewhere then you are more likely to be productive.
💻Submit - If you are finished with your assignment and you are happy with it then submit it! Don’t feel like you have to wait until deadline day... you will end up relooking at it and worrying about it. I used to waste time rereading and altering the odd word! Get it gone!

It can be daunting to face living alone after a breakup. Here are my top tips to help you adjust quickly.
With the change of seasons upon us its time to think about how we care for our hair. 🌟Autum is a great time to experiment and play with rich browns and vibrant reds, but we dont always have to go straight in for a huge dramatic change. If you are blonde and love the lightness of your locks but want a change up, why not instead opt for a deep root strech coupled with some low lights to break up the blonde adding new dimensions to your hair and keeping you light and bright
🌟When the weather is so changeable switching from cold and windy to warm and sunny, we might be tempted in the early morning and late evening to pop on the central heating. Although this is lovely and cozy, central heating can wreak havock with our hair adding to dryness and extra fizz. So why not try leaving in your conditioner for a little longer, or even sleep in it if you can. This will help to not only nourish the hair but will close the cuticle helping to lock in all that much needed moisture 🌟The health of our hair depends greatly on our diet and how much water we drink. Its easy to remember to stay hydtrated when the sun is blazing but its just as important when the weather starts to turn. Dont put that water bottle to the back of the cupoard, keep it out and in reach, your hair needs it
If you do decide to bite the bullet and go for a big change up of colour, look for some inspiration from the internet, save the images and bring them along to the salon. Stylists love love love pictures and photos!! Its give us a true clear reference as to where it is you would like to be on your hair journey. Also everyones colour perception is different, so what maybe auburn to one person maybe slightly different to another #rishworth#ripponden#sowerbybridge#colourspecialists#toptips
Set a goal that commands your thoughts... 5 TIPS on motivation below!
1. POST a picture of your goal somewhere: Near your desk, on your fridge, on your bathroom wall, beside your mirror, even online somewhere where other people can see it to have others keep you accountable. Writing it down and seeing your goals helps make them real.
2. BREAK your tasks into smaller, mini goals: IT can be hard to maintain ourselves when our goals seem so far away, so give yourself smaller steps and goals to accomplish along the way.
3. REWARD yourself, often: Every mini goal, every large goal, every victory should be met with reward. Have a set reward in mind for when you reach each goal. It helps us WANT to accomplish things even more.
4. FIND your why: What is the reason you want to accomplish your goal(s)? What is it that made you start in the first place? Remind yourself of that daily, it can keep you going on the hardest of days.
5. PROCRASTINATION can kill motivation: If you have the urge to procrastinate, that means that what you are about to do is probably super important. We procrastinate because that important thing takes some effort and work, but if we don't work on our goals now, the journey gets longer and longer. Become aware of your urges and squash them.
Think Positive Thoughts! It is so important to set goals for ourselves and stay motivated enough to to take steps towards achieving our goals.
❗️The 14 common allergens❗️food allergy occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly treats the proteins found in food as a threat. Almost ANY food can cause an allergic reaction but these are the 14 COMMON allergens which MUST be distinguished on all food labels by law! ✅ Food companies have to make the allergen stand out on the label by putting it in bold, italics or underlining it. When weaning your baby, don’t hold back on introducing allergens (speak to your health visitor/dietitian/GP if they’ve had early onset severe eczema), but introduce them slowly - one at a time and a few days apart 👶🏼🥣 once successfully introduced, keep up the exposure by giving the allergen twice per week. You can download the BSACI parents factsheet on introduction of allergens and @allergy_uk also have a fab factsheet on weaning. 🤓

With Autumn sessions in full flow I am SO grateful for this late summer warmth and sunshine! I'll be up at the crack of dawn again tomorrow for some more family fun.

Have you ever heard of the saying- “5 minutes in the night is a lot less than 5 minutes in the morning.” My top tips this Friday revolves around this saying. It’s things that you can do the night before to make the mornings a lot more smoother.
1. If your kids take a packed lunch to school, then prepare the contents of their lunch bag the night before. E.g the sandwich, the fruits, the snack and the drink. This saves me so much time in the morning. Packing their lunch bags for school or nursery takes me less than 5 minutes for all four of my kids.
2. Set and lay out the clothes or uniforms they will wear for the next day. This includes their vests, socks and undies. This makes it easy for each one of them to find their things and get dressed quickly.
‘Very surreal seeing your words projected onto the side of parliament. Still pinching myself that my first ad was a guerrilla projection for a genuinely good thing. So thanks @greenpeace and UKSCN for asking more of the world.’ Bethany Jones 👊👊🏽👊🏿

Around 60% of your body is made up of water but during exercise, you can lose a lot of fluid- as much as a litre or two an hour- mainly through sweating and breathing.
Water helps fuel your muscles, so drinking before, during and after exercise will help boost energy levels, and may help to prevent cramp!
TOP TIP- it can take time for fluids to be absorbed into your body. So drink steadily during the day and aim to drink around 500ml of fluid at least 4 hours before you exercise, top up your fluid levels by drinking about half of this amount again 💪🏼 #stayhydrated#toptips#healthtips#aspirewakefield

When sat in an interview nerves can sometimes get the better of you which can lead to answering questions with a lot of ‘waffle’ and not actually answering the question you have been asked.
A top tip is to always ask for a glass of water to have during the interview. If you are unsure how to answer a question give yourself a moment to think by taking a sip of water which will allow you to gather your thoughts rather than jumping in with an answer that just doesn’t answer the question. And never to afraid to ask the interviewer to repeat the question or clarify what they are asking if you are unsure.
Don't rely on mum brain 👩🏼🧠 to remember these tips. SAVE them because they will change the way you make your raw balls 🙀
Did you catch Bree and Coco's cooking show? They made some schoolyard safe, nut-free raw balls. Easy and healthy!👏👏
Coco gave some top tips to help with the process and could be used in all raw ball recipes
So here they are... keep reading... You'll thank us we promise
🍯 Before you start grab your dates out and give them a soak in hot water from the kettle for about 15-20min, this will help them soften which will give you a smoother texture after blending and also helps the mixture stick together
🍯 Instead of heating your jar of coconut oil in a microwave or scooping into a saucepan to melt it, chuck the jar in a bowl of boiling water for a few minutes. Liquid coconut oil makes sure it mixes through (no lumpy bits, yuck) and bonds the mixture together... and makes it easy to roll. Don't worry it will harden when you refrigerate the balls.
🍯 If you have super active kids or just want them to get more protein in their diet, a simple snack keeps them fuller for longer - so you could add some kid-friendly protein powder.
So what do you think? Will you be using any of them? Or do you have a tip you find works even better? 🤤🤤🤤
How to master TRICEP DIPS? 🔥 This exercise builds muscle and strength in the core & upper body while improving overall conditioning.
Tricep dips use your own body weight to work your shoulders, triceps and chest area. This is a great exercise to build strength before progressing to full body weight dips.
Follow these steps below to get perfect form:
✅ Position your hands shoulder width apart on the bench/ box.
✅ Slide your butt off the front of the bench with your legs extended out in front of you. The straighter your legs the harder the exercise.
✅ Straighten your arms, keeping a little bend in your elbows to keep tension on your triceps and off your elbow joints.
✅ Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body towards the floor until your elbows are at about a 90 degree angle. Be sure to keep your back close to the bench.
✅ Once you reach the bottom of the movement, press down into the bench to straighten your elbows, returning to the start position. This completes one rep.
✅ Keep your elbows in line with your wrists and don't let them fall out as you dip down.
Now you're ready to get these included into your training!🔥
This post is bound to get some hate, especially from the bItCoiN / cRyPtO experts out there 🤡
The point is, if you're a beginner, it's extremely tempting to launch yourself down a rabbit hole of FX or penny stocks after reading some guru success story online
While I'm not doubting or claiming that people don't make money trading these instruments, it's not where a rookie beginner should be starting off
Take the time to read a handful of books on personal finance and investing. There's no point putting money into the markets if you don't have your finances in order in the first place. From there, actually think ahead more than a couple of months - will you be making any big purchases down the line? Does it actually make sense to put money into stocks if you're about to buy your first property?
If you're ready to start, ETFs are a good place to consider initially, to get a feel for what it's actually like to have your own money invested. At the start, you need to learn to manage your emotions and be OK with seeing your portfolio potentially in the red (and sometimes for a few weeks/months).
I get so many message asking "what are my thoughts" on bitcoin/FX/penny stocks etc. These are my thoughts - don't try walking before you can even crawl
