Anglicare Victoria are kindly wrapping the gifts 🎁 and non-perishable foods to give to local families in the area that might be doing it a bit tough this festive season.

Stop 🛑 and think 🤔 how lucky you are. We seriously take the basics of every day, like food and a toothbrush 🦷 for granted.

People have been so generous already-so thank you for popping something(s) into the gift 💝 📦box.

So the collection day is Tuesday December 17th. .
Last day to drop off gifts/food is Monday 16th December. We are open from 7.30am-12.30pm and from 2.30-7pm.

P.S. Sorry 😐 to those parents with small children 👶 in our office lately - because the children thought it was their job to ‘choose’ a gift 🎁 out of the box and take it home. Parents had a hard time explaining about other children that don’t have any toys 🧸 and that the toys and food were for them!

This month our London and Nottingham offices took part in the @Family_Action #ToyAppeal . We swapped the usual office Secret Santa to give gifts to local children from disadvantaged backgrounds, for some this will be their only gift.

Facing Christmas with little or No money, and struggling to make ends meet can be the reality for Many! Whilst most of us Shower our Children and loved ones with Expensive gifts and the must have items, There is a lot of Children out there don’t receive a single thing!
This year, I have made a donation with help from @poundland to donate a total of 100 Gifts, ranging from Books,Toys, Teddy’s & Games to @salvationarmyuk in aid to support others in greater need at this time of year!! support your local Christmas Present Appeal by finding your nearest appeal and donating new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children who might not otherwise receive a Christmas present. 
The gifts will then be wrapped and distributed to those in need.

Over the years, millions of children and young people have benefited from gifts donated to The Salvation Army.

By giving a gift to our Christmas Present Appeal you can make a real difference in someone’s life at Christmas.

Here’s some Toys we delivered to @iwightradio for the Isle of Wight Radio Christmas Toy Appeal. The Toys are wrapped by volunteers (we have our #WrapSquad going in next week!) and then donated to Island kids, such as young carers, children in hospital, families challenged by poverty and youngsters in care. So great to be involved in helping kids on the island and spreading some love this Christmas!
