Saturday workout, nailed it! Honing in on the best diet and training routine for my bodybuilding journey. I turn 32 on Halloween and this is the most tuned in I have been in my entire life! It is never to late to find yourself. In a world full of screens and distractions it is easy to get lost. Be yourself and never compare yourself to others, they are on their own path! Not gonna lie, had zero motivation since last night to get my long run done. Idk why but just wasn’t in the mood and definitely didn’t think I’d hit my pace goal of 7:53. But glided through my 10 miler at 7:49 average and maintained a great pace going over the causeway twice 🙌🏼 had a few water and social stops bc like I said ZERO motivation... but when I was running it was comfy! Amazed that what used to seem impossible is now normal. KEEP SHOWING UP 🔥
Also known as 'Bent-Over Lateral raise' or 'Rear Delt Raise'. The target muscle is the posterior deltoid (colored red).
The trapezius and rhomboids (colored pink) abduct the scapula.
This functional exercise not only strengthens the posterior deltoid, but it also brings the core muscles into play with an emphasis on all the posterior chain muscles.
How to do it?
Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding both ends of the resistance band. Bend at your waist (through the hip joint – hip hinge) and slightly bend your knees.
With your core tight and back straight. Raise the resistance band to the sides until your elbows are in line with your shoulders.
It is important to keep your back straight during the entire movement.

|Werbung| Parkrun-Liebe 🌳♥️🏃🏻♀️. Heute mal als Helfer im Ziel 😊. Am Nachmittag war ich noch beim Feudenheimer Herbstlauf, aber nur zum zuschauen & anfeuern 🥳. Ich aber hin & zurück gelaufen, also kamen für mich heute auch noch gut 13km zusammen 🏃🏻♀️. Jetzt versuche ich noch ein bisschen zu schlafen, heute Nacht muss ich wieder arbeiten 😴.
