Here it goes this is my story. First image is me at my highest 240 lb.😔 My current weight is 172. After having my second child and spending time in a NICU, i felt in a depression that i had never experience and i use food as a comfort because that was the only thing that i could control. When i look back at this image, i see all the pain i had inside of me and how much i had put myself aside. January 2018 i decided to make a change. Many people thought i couldn't make the change because i didn't have will power but i decided to prove my self wrong. I took my fitness journey serious this time. I made changes in my diet and incorporate a work out routine that challenged me and wouldn't let me quit. A year later im so proud of what i have achieved 68 lbs down and still going 🎉. Now i look back and see the strong women i have become and how by taking back my fitness has changed me completely. Never underestimate urself or feel like your don't have any value because you do. True results come from hard work and dedication to become the better version of yourself.
So here is today's Routine in the bag and starting to feel a lot better with this flu, chest infection still there but so far for my first week back its been frigging awesome and the best feeling is that I went Training, All Meals On Point and I got Doms 🤣🤣🤣🤣 .
Bloody Awesome to be back ❤.
I'm really looking forward to next week hopefully flu & chest infection cleared up and that's going to be an interesting week 2 😂. - -

Day 24 of 366: The Glow Up || My darling sister @eva_rhea texted these photos to me yesterday and called me to ask "have you seee the pictures yet?"
When I finally saw the pictures she put together from both of our pasts (I'll let her post her own haha), I couldn't stop laughing.
We thought to ourselves "Man, high school was rough on us!" - and it truly was.
Though we had a good laugh about the glow up (I mean, really - but God! Won't He do it?! 🙌🏾), I secretly wished I could go back to that girl in the TSG photo shoot session and say "Hey, you don't know it yet... But you're gonna be alright. I know your feel like you're faking it 'til you make it, and you're licking your battle scars in private, but you truly will be alright. You'll be great, actually. You're gonna make it through. I promise, dear child, you will."
Eva, girl... We made it - and it's only the beginning.

Es cierto que diariamente tenemos batallas en nuestra vida, ya sea situaciones en el diario vivir o batallas en nuestra mente. Lo triste es que muchas veces estas batallas nos tienen cautivos, nos roban la paz. Pero meditando en las palabras de Jesús me pude dar cuenta que realmente la LIBERTAD está a nuestro alcance y no es tan complicado como parece. 👉Lo primero que necesitamos es ser completamente Honestos✅solo así sabremos cual es la raíz de cualquier problema. 👉Necesitamos escuchar la verdad✅ Por muy dura que sea, la verdad es la única que nos puede ayudar a trazar un plan de acción. 👉Y la verdad es Jesús ✅ Al llegar a Jesús el nos provee de la verdad y de un camino, es decir nos da la solución y el plan de acción 😍 que maravilla es eso. ✅ Ir a Jesús, recurrir a el es la mejor decisión ya que conoceremos la verdad y entonces seremos libres de las mentiras del enemigo, seremos hechos nuevos y tendremos una guía certera de cómo hacer las cosas para no volver a caer en el error😉

Before and after
I'm so grateful for the surgery. I wouldn't be able to do the things I do without it. I can keep up with my kids. I can focus on health since I do not need to be so stressed out about not being able to lose the weight on my own without surgery. It's so much easier to eat a healthy choice most times than not. I fit in the car and can ease in and out of parking spots easily, which is crucial since I drive and park all day long. I dont need to be picky about parking spots with more room so I can fit. I was able to get in rides easily when we went to Disneyland! When times get tough and sometimes you feel in a rut, look at yourself and how far you’ve come! This picture says it all. I am the same gal in each pic, but a healthier version on the right! I had a rough oul time with me leg surgery but so thankful that it healed well. “Choose your hard.”
Thats one of my favorite things to remind myself of when I start to use the excuse of “this is just so hard” on my journey to something awesome.
Yeah, eating healthy is sometimes hard. Working out instead of watching a movie is sometimes hard. Investing money in your health is sometimes hard. Getting up an hour earlier to fit in a workout is sometimes hard.
But you know what else is hard?
Continually being disappointed in yourself for not following through for yourself.
Feeling sick and tired all of the time from not taking care of yourself.
Watching other people reach the goals you set for yourself but didn’t reach because you gave up. THAT’S hard.
Waking up every Monday and saying “Ok, I’m starting over today!” when you know that’s what you said last Monday... and the Monday before.
Giving up is hard. Pressing on is hard. If it’s all hard... why not choose the hard that will get you somewhere amazing? Push past today’s discomfort, this week’s discomfort, in order for a more amazing next week?
To stop, STOPPING... and just keep putting one step forward in front of the other.

Hello tout le monde, j’espère que vous avez passé une bonne semaine. 🙏🏼 Alors je sais pas si vous connaissez l’application preview? Elle permet de visualiser et d’organiser votre feed afin de faire qlq chose de plus ou moins harmonieux 🤗
Bref pourquoi je vous parle de ca? Pcq j’aimerais modifier un peu mon feed et m’orienter un peu plus vers des posts sur le sport, la nutrition. M’orienter vers un contenu un peu plus lifestyle, fitness que le contenu quasi exclusivement voyage que j’pouvais afficher jusqu’a mtn.
Biensur je compte toujours partager avec vous mes photos de voyages, et ca ne s’arretera pas mais prochainement vous risquez de voir mon contenu changer un peu. J’espère que cela vous plaira tout de même. Si ce n’est pas que ce genre de contenu ne vous intéresse pas du toir n’hesitez pas à me le faire savoir.

Having this bad boy again 🙌🏻 literally delicious, so filling, and just hit the right spot. This was the exact same as the other day and I just have been craving it ever since 🙈🤩🤤 At the min I’ve been a brunch and an evening meal person with some snacks in between, I love having two huge meals and they keep me fuller for longer. I kept stressing over what to have for lunch to stay in place so this is my solution for now 🙌🏻
