The drive between Anchorage and Seward is full of beautiful stops. This view is along East Fork Sixmile Creek. #ExploreAlaska | #PursuitLife

As we crested the top of the ridge and looked over the other side all I could do was put my hands on my head and uncontrollably smile. We had a vague idea of what the view would look like. However, these things always seem to exceed your wildest expectations. The sunrise the next morning did just that, and then some.

This is probably the coolest fog I’ve ever seen!!!
Mountains rising straight from the rough seas of coastal Alaska. This place has got it all. This was the view from the boat which took us to the trailhead. With waves crashing over the bow, this morning got pretty exciting. Quite the approach to start the hike.
