⛺️ G L A M P I N G .
My Aunty, cousin, her partner & I all met @wainamuluxurytents for a girls weekend away & it was ✨ M A G I C A L ✨
We cooked & danced around the camp fire, took turns bathing under the full moon & just spent time together as family should 💕
Highly recommend Wainamu Luxury Tents; our host Jim made sure we had everything we needed [thanks Jim!]. Annnnnd, if you’re looking for something a little more romantic, they’ve got two other Glamping sites nestled amongst the sand dunes perfect for two 🥰
We thought it was time that we posted a mug shot of ourselves and tell you a bit more about us 😁
Where we grew up
We both grew up in England in the countryside, Matt is from the far east and I'm from the far west but we met in the middle in London 😁
A funny story
Matt managed to break his arm whilst having an arm wrestle with his friend. He broke it pretty bad and was in a sling for months.
One time in thailand, I thought it would be fun to climb on top of a tuk tuk whilst it was moving, didnt realise Matt had got off and ended up in the next town with no money or phone. 😮 it was far from funny at the time, but I made it back in one piece.
Our next destination
We're pretty excited to be heading to Western Australia in April, where we have some amazing things planned including whale sharks, turtles, dolphins, the desert and of course more beautiful beaches.
Now you know more about us, we want to know more about you, tell us a funny story.

There’s no one else I’d brave scalding hot water and freezing cold air with. •
The reality behind this picture:
Boat box hot springs is naturally fed by hot water so it was probably like 200° F but after lots of trips back and forth dumping cold river water into the hot spring it was at a decent enough temperature that we could be in for short periods of time. Plus it was 20° outside which was super cold 🥶 But it so freaking worth it to spend time with William on his birthday!
Who do you LOVE making memories with?!
Today was what Sundays are made for... Brunch, walks along the beach, crossing rivers, wine tasting, and ALWAYS puppies. .
Grateful for friends who can make last minute plans when we are visiting from out of town... People who you can pick up with right where you left off. Those friends are for keeps. ✨

Today we headed back home from Canada and I slept most of the drive because I was exhausted 😂 But I am thankful that we got the chance to take a stroll down memory lane. Almost 4 years ago, Wilson and I got married in Niagara Falls, NY. We stayed at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and had our ceremony at the Mall of America. We even took the exact same route home and all I could think about was the warm fuzzy feelings we had at the time, knowing that we were starting a new chapter as husband and wife. To be back after all this time and reflect on our lives since was the perfect way to end this weekend. Niagara will always have a special place in our hearts and I can’t wait to come back and share it with our kids one day💕 .
I’m going to create an itinerary guide with a cost breakdown of the places & restaurants we tried out so stay tuned! If you’re subscribed to my email list you’ll be one of the first to know so head to the link in my bio!

Celebrating our love in this season... We giggled the other night on Valentine’s Day as we were laying in bed eating cereal. We were exhausted from wrestling the tiny dinosaurs all day.
We laughed because marriage has taught us a few things and kids have taught us a WHOLE LOT... Love is not in the material but in the moments.
Yes, we’ve had moments of fancy date nights, flowers, poems, staying up till 4 am talking... romancing 💕
But now- dating him is different.
It’s tag-teaming parenting
It’s scaring him when he comes in from the garage because he thinks I’m in the bedroom (yes, I’m still a child)
It’s sitting on the couch with him as he listens to me share about my bad day or me pretending to understand him when he talks to me about his work hahah
It’s watching the Office together for the 3,000th time and still finding it funny
It’s picking on each other- lots of sarcasm
It’s worshipping hand in hand when at church
It’s doing the budget and being unified
It’s him cleaning up the house when I’m sick with nausea 🤰🏻 It’s just different.
It’s not easy.
It has its hard days.
But they are our moments, beautiful and raw
And that my friends, is what is worth celebrating
We don’t celebrate it on just one day, but
EVERY SINGLE DAY 👏🏻👏🏻 He’s worth fighting for and I know he feels the same about me ❤️ That’s the good stuff 🥰

The most amazing thing about this van life journey is how quickly a vehicle can become your home. Over the last 4 days we’ve lived with a mattress on our floor and a battery powered light and we couldn’t be happier. This beauty has already become incredibly precious to us.

Sundays are for balance, right?
What do you do on Sundays to prep for the week? For us, we always do yoga or a recovery workout, write up a to-do list for the week, tidy up the house, and get in bed early to read. It’s simple, but getting simple things like this done has really helped us feel organized and ready for a fresh week. When we don’t tick off these boxes, we just sit around and wonder how the days go by so fast.
What do you do to rebalance before the week starts?
The only thing better than the two of us, is the 3 of us 😍
Swipe for full roundness of belly 🥰 .
I’m not going to lie, pregnancy didn’t always feel this great. #realtalk 💯
My first trimester was absolutely awful. I laid in bed for weeks thinking this would be the end of my life 😂
I remember one day collapsing on my mothers arms crying saying “I can’t do this for 9 months, why does nobody warn you about this!?” .
I remember wondering why everyone talked about pregnancy like it was the time of their lives while I simply felt like the apocalypse had arrived😔
But then week 12 came about and it was literally like spring had arrived and I was a fresh new flower 🌸 .
Im so thankful to have a support system that helped me through the tough times (even though we told almost nobody until first trimester was over) and I’m so thankful I can count on this guy 💗 the absolute best husband, partner, father, and crazy pregnant woman companion I could’ve asked for. 😘
And most importantly I’m so so #thankfulgratefulblessed that this second trimester has been an absolute pleasure! 😃 .

Si escuchas Bélgica 🇧🇪 ¿QUE ES LO PRIMERO QUE PIENSAS? Cuéntanos 👇🏻👇🏻
Guess where we are? 🧐
Are we suddenly in Venice? Hmm, almost! This is the Venetian-style district within the Qanat Quartier (the Pearl) in Doha, considered to be the hottest new place for locals and expats to live!! 💕
As in the Italian flowing city, thanks to its pedestrian squares, flowing canals (with gondola-style water taxis), lovely architecture, outdoor cinemas, cafés and restaurants this place is all about enjoying life! It has even got its own version of the Rialto Bridge and an annual carnival, which we unfortunately missed! 🎭
To reach the Qanat Quartier by the Pearl, you can drive or take a dhow cruise from the Doha Corniche Or the MIA (Museum of Islamic Art). Once there you can than get around by water taxi or tuk tuk-style piaggios! 🛺
Photography tip: photography with “professional" dslr cameras as well filming even with a gopro are not allowed in this area! If you still want to get some useful pictures download any application on you phone that allows for RAW format (such as ProCamera on iOS) and take a compact tripod with phone mount (brackets) with you! 📱

avevamo lasciato i nostri passaporti in hotel!!!
P.S. La foto romanticona a tema San Valentino oggi ci stava... ❤️

🏖 TOP-DOWN 🏖
Found this gem right next to popular attraction #waverock in Hyden and can’t believe how unknown it is.
Giant swimming pool in the middle of the outback?
HELL YES 😍
One of the most outstanding natural sights in #SouthAfrica 🌿✨!!! The #BlydeRiverCanyon is the 3rd largest canyon in the world ⛰ (after the Grand Canyon in America and the Fish River Canyon in Namibia).
We could’ve sat on this rock for hours just basking in all the glory of this natural wonder!!! #PanoramaRoute#Mpumalanga 🌿🤩
But in reality 🤪🤗 - we got the times wrong and ended up getting to the gate just before closing time. We literally had to speed race to the viewpoint, stumble around rocks trying to find a good spot to take a picture and then speed race back to the gate (picnic basket of snacks, blankets and drinks completely untouched). In this slight panic after only just convincing the gate keeper to let us in - we chose to take a picture over using the short time we had to sit down and soak up the view. It wasn’t even a decision we discussed to be honest, it was just a natural reaction. #thetruthhurts 😅 .
And funny story, the picture we used our tiny bit of time to take was terrible (creative brain literally doesn’t work when rushed 🤯). Luckily @jakevlug took this shot of us on our way out (which took under 1 minute) and it’s one of our favourites 🥰.
Not too sure where we’re going with this story 😂, but there has to be a moral here somewhere 🙏🏻. So it’s either:
a) Never trust instagram sunset posts as a way to see whether a place is open or not for sunset? (People seem to do a lot of editing sunsets in and jumping fences these days 😂).
b) Never choose to take a picture over enjoying a moment when there’s only time for one!!
c) Always travel with your besties so you don’t have to set up a tripod in the bush 😂?
