REAL CUSTOMER FEEDBACK. Carmen and Jeffroy on their 15-days trip to #Italy#Milan@mo_milan + #LagodiComo@ilsereno + #Florence Portrait Firenze by @lungarnocollection + #Venice@londrapalace. .
“... Hi Carlos! We were very pleased with out trip. We thank you for all your hard work to make our first-ever two week long vacation amazing!. We were well looked after the whole way. Every time we needed to be ‘handed off’ to a driver or a guide, without fail, the right person was there to meet us and see us forward... Il Sereno at #LakeComo is perfect for us. It was luxury without pretension. The perfect vibe for Jeff and me. We hope to go back and will be recommending to all we know who go to Como. All the hotels were luxurious and attentive... Each guide we had was great! They were all very personable and passionate about their work. Sometimes a thick accent was difficult to decipher. We especially enjoyed our guide in Florence who helped us with food and shopping... Thank you, Carlos, for taking the effort to understand our preferences and create for us an amazing trip to Italy. Our horizons were expanded and we will call you again when we’re ready for our next one.... Safe travels to…. I can’t remember where you’re off to now, but have a wonderful time. I’ll enjoy continuing to follow you on Insta. Best!...” .

So much world. So little time.
Friendships never go out of style. You've got to find your tribe and love them hard.
Is there a friend you haven't spoken to in a while? Where distance got the better of your love for her.
Is there a friend whom you want to celebrate? Because she's just a queen who's breaking down doors and kicking ass.
Is there a friend who needs a pick-me-up? Where you just want to show her what a magnificent Amazon Warrior she is.
Show them how much they mean to you. Travel, reconnect, celebrate and sparkle. Travel empowers you. It moves you and makes you stronger. It teaches you to accept without preconception; to understand despite prejudice. This is your year. Go spread the love of sisterhood around every corner of the world. Alpaca Bags - Travelling the World Beside You.
Keep your eyes peeled for a partnership coming soon.
It’s been quite the week! As a city we’ve had a multi day boil water advisory, lost lives when a building partially collapsed, and are getting ready to deal with weather from a #tropicalstormnestor .
Personally I’m helping the hubs recover from knee surgery and one half of the Jack Attack recover from an eye injury. Plus I have family and friends in town until Tuesday who are ready to hit the town.
The bright side... I already planned out a week’s worth of options for food, drinks, and fun as soon as tickets were purchased so we’re ready to go. Details below on how I’ll be spending my weekend. It basically consists of a lot of eating, cocktailing, and learning more about the city that I love!
•Lunch at @themunchfactory
•Exploring the new @kfdesignlifestyle and @whitesmercantile on @magazinestreet
•Dinner at @morrowsnola
•Drinks at @elysianbarnola
•Free People of Color tour with @toursbyjudy_
•Music at the Blues and BBQ Fest
•Screening of Burning Cane during @neworleansfilmfestival at the @orpheumnola
•Drinks at the newly opened @belleepoquenola
•Drag brunch @cruneworleans
•More music at the Blues and BBQ Fest
•Dinner at @sbisanola
Check my Explore Nola highlights for all of the action and *save this post* for your next New Orleans trip!
・・・ The Pinot Grigio and Rosé👌🏾 It was such a fun experience and I would def do it again! If you’ve never been on a wine tour, I highly recommend.
I have an Italy wine tour coming up to Tuscany. Limited space. Grab a loved one, friend, or both and let's make it happen.
Thank you @pagus.wine.tours for a wonderful time!

Considered to be the founder of Indus Valley Civilization, the Rabari Tribe is one of the nomadic tribes of Northwest India, primarily in the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat & Punjab. Rabaris are devout Hindus, one of the most interesting ethnic community who use to follow an interesting lifestyle of being highly nomadic in nature, wandering from one place to another for half a year, chasing seasonal rains for pasturing their cattle, goats or camels.
Although most are settled and known for their exquisite artworks renowned for the finest embroidery and bead-work, the only few nomads left can be seen wandering as you travel through Rajasthan & Gujarat.
Rabaris can be easily identified by looking at their women folk, who are usually clad with long black head scrapes, distinctive heavy brass earrings which hang low, stretching the earlobes. They tattoo magical symbols on their necks, breasts and arms. #rabaritribe#travelindia#culture

What destination would you go back to repeatedly?
85% of Americans surveyed are inclined to vacation somewhere they’ve already visited. Personally I could spend the next couple of years exploring French Polynesia, Italy, and the Bahamas.
🇵🇫 🇮🇹 🇧🇸
In the movie Lost in Translation one of the main characters says of Tokyo “Let's never come here again because it would never be as much fun." But as someone who has visited the same countries multiple times and encourages my clients to do the same I have to disagree.
So what are the benefits of returning to the same place over and over?
Exploring a destination’s unique beauty- Bora Bora is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Staying at an overwater bungalow was my life’s goal (after being a good person of course 😉) and nothing about the trip disappointed. The sheer beauty of the islands was unlike anything I’d seen before and I would go back in a heartbeat and explore more because it is the only place I’ve ever visited where the pictures truly did not do it justice.
Familiarity- Venice is my happy place. It’s where I feel at ease, comfortable, and full. So much so that I’m currently learning Italian so that I can take extended trips to Italy with a mandatory stopover in Venice. Because I’ve spent so much time in Venice I know it well and there’s an ease to visiting a city you’re comfortable in. It’s generally a less stressful experience plus you know which osteria has the best cicchetti.
Family traditions- I grew up going to the Bahamas. My entire family would spend the summer snorkeling, riding banana boats, and eating conch fritters so it was a natural choice for my wedding because it already felt like home. In January we’re keeping the tradition alive and bringing the youngest members of our family to Nassau to get the next generation in the mix and eat all of the conch .
Regardless of why you go back it’s always fun to mix old standbys with new discoveries. Some of my most favorite meals/bars/shops/sites were discovered on my second trip and if I hadn’t gone back I never would have found them. Share your repeat destinations in the comments and why you love them!

There is a saying in Myanmar ... “If you can not see the tops of the temples as far as the eyes can see, then you are no longer in Myanmar”, and having been there we know this to be absolutely true. 💫
Bagan is an ancient city in central #Myanmar (formerly Burma), southwest of Mandalay. Standing on the eastern banks of the #Ayeyarwady River, it’s known for the Bagan Archaeological Area, where more than 2,000 Buddhist monuments tower over green plains. 📸 @donaldhyip
