What an interesting week it has been for me! I was interested in @b0arder_1ine ‘s work so decided to tag along in one of his jobs. We did unpacking, assembling furnitures (yes, your girl knows how to work a power drill 🛠) and a bit of styling for 5 apartment units within 2 days!
Also, landed a new job too (yayyyy!!) 😁😁 lots of saving up to do for my next travel | 📸: @myathet_chae, from our last road trip! Need to plan out our next one! Hehe 😆
但女人食野吾講你都估到有一半分去左環境度, 所以會計埋環境分 🎎
I don’t normally love going to Tsim Sha Tsui for food, simply because the area is too big that I would get lost / would have changed my mind on food plan before arriving at the destination 女人都是善變的～ (sometimes I can’t deny)
When I was craving for Japanese food, I came across this Jan Jan restaurant 🍢🍡🍢🍡🍺
果然有大阪嘅感覺 - 暗暗地但好cozy , 配埋啤酒就無得頂
(i) 海膽湯葉卷 Sea urchin kushikatsu --- it’s not only the taste of sea urchin but also fried oyster inside!
(ii) 黑松露芝士 Black truffle kushikatsu – it’s definitely for a cheese & black truffle lover like me!
(iii) 天使之海老 Angel prawn kushikatsu -- 本來以為很普通但食得出隻蝦好新鮮!!
呢幾款都係要 encore 的 😛
Around HK$200-300 per person for dinner, totally reasonable & given the quality I would say it’s value for the price!
Super delish and light snack from @fluff_meringues !! (Lol ignore my gross boy hands) I got this upstairs near the Whole Foods N Lamar ice skating rink! The owners were super friendly and happy to answer any questions. This is the almond flavor meringue, but they also had apple cinnamon, sweet tart blackberry, caramel, and raspberry! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗
Channeling this 🏖 level of rest and relaxation on this 34 degree day. #happythursday

How’s the view up there, Mel?
A journey to Machu Picchu qualifies as a must for many travelers in South America. But as is the case at many world-renowned destinations, the crowds at peak hours can be overwhelming.
So if you’ve got the strength left in your legs, trudge on up to Huayna Picchu for thinner crowds and a panoramic view of Machu Picchu and its surrounding mountains. We promise it’s worthwhile!

Just a few titles other people give our relationship 👎🏼
We often wonder what the world would be like if everyone stopped making assumptions. Or what it would be like if we asked more questions (and that society was okay with that).
It’s been hard to be so excited about our marriage and still have people assume we both married men or we have “husbands.”
While we both could do a better job at combating these notions when they happen, it’s much harder than it seems on some days and in certain circumstances (like business meetings, for example).
How do others navigate this?
