Had a great morning in Jackson. We explored the farmers market, ate probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had, and did a little shopping. Stopped to have lunch at Miazga’s and had a delicious bison burger. Great service and great food. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Such a beautiful place! We love summer in the mountains.
Soaking in the last days of Summer like it’s my job.
We are in Corpus Christi right now and it is such a cool place to visit. I remember visiting here in my younger days and it is just as beautiful as ever. We are doing all the touristy things today and heading to Port Aransas tomorrow.
The beach life is the best life!
Can’t wait to share more on what to do in Corpus Christi when you come with kids. For now, peek into stories to see more of our Corpus Christi Adventure.
USS Lexington, nicknamed "The Blue Ghost", is an Essex-class aircraft carrier built during World War II for the United States Navy. Originally intended to be named Cabot, word arrived during construction that USS Lexington had been lost in the Battle of the Coral Sea.
We are gradually (still very cautiously) resuming our travels. Just day trips for now, of course. It’s getting easier as our baby (9 m/o) can finally comfortably sit on his own. You can see his tiny head in the second row. So, we are excited about exploring new places and things! It’s great to have everything and everyone in one place – love our stroller/wagon!
🌈 We are in LOVE with our new I-Glide Scooter.
🌸 This 3 wheel scooter from @iglidescooter is adjustable and so easy to use! My daughter has had a hard time with scooters in the past from fear of falling. I mean-of course it’s going to happen, but they have just been so unbalanced and difficult to use.
☀️ I-Glide scooters have an easy steer technology built into their design. This allows my daughter to simply lean and steer with ease. She also really loves that it has an easy brake system in the rear for quick stops and control. The ride is so smooth and quiet, and such incredible fun with wheels that actually light up as you ride!
✅ Plus, it’s the perfect size to easily take and go! Handle can be adjust and removed if needed for size adjustment and break down. This scooter is a perfect fit for my 8 year old daughter shown here, and can be size adjusted for my 3 year old daughter to scoot around in as well. Madysen is particularly a fan of the removable/adjustable seat attachment.
🎨 There is a beautiful variety of colors so you can match to your child’s personality or favorite color.

I've been hesitant to share this, as really nothing is for sure until we are on board our flight (we have learned to be very flexible with change 😂) but assuming everything goes according to plan, our kiddos and I will be arriving in Dubai and running right into this guy's arms ONE WEEK FROM TODAY. 🤩😭 We haven't seen @scottyerwin since March 11th!
Between a global pandemic and lockdown, race riots, a deadly explosion, murder hornets, mystery seeds, and I don't even know what else 🥴 2020 is the last year I would have ever chosen to walk through as a single parent without the love of my life... But we're making it through and God willing 🙏, this time apart is ALMOST OVER!!
There are still a lot of things that need to line up for this to work (specifically, I need a negative Covid19 test in hand before we board our plane, but can take it no more than 96 hours before the trip 🥴), so please pray that there are zero roadblocks!!! But the plane tickets are booked and we are so, so ready to be together again! #erwinsmovetotheemirates

Road tripping with kids outside of a pandemic is hard enough! Instead of adding to my anxiety, I’m disconnecting and soaking up one of the last weeks of summer before I start to teach and the kids go back to daycare/school 🔌
It’s going to be the same sh*t in a different location but without all our stuff, so you won’t be missing out on much 🤣
Manitou Incline 2768 steps, increasing 2000 ft elevation in less than one mile, with my toddler on my back. I didn’t have my watch on so not sure if this counts but I did have my coach Camila yelling GO every time I stopped.
