Gimme a word... ANY WORD... and I sow you how the rrroot of that word is Greek. Okay? How bout, gynecology. Gyneca - that come from the Greek word for 'woman', and 'logy' ees mean 'to study'. So... study of woman, there you go. 🏛️Oh yeah... our trips are women-only. In case you missed that. 😘 #hellatravels ⠀

Sometimes all you need is a spectacular view and a pool 💜
Posting something where I would rather want to be right now.
In case it's not obvious.. by the pool, complaining how hot it is and thinking of my next cocktail.

I love how Santorini views are almost always dominated by white and blue!

// for the first time in a while, I decided to take a day off in order to focus on my inner serenity.
I lit a candle and had a glass of rosé in the garden, I made up stories in my mind and lived vicariously through them. And then this morning I made myself a breakfast picnic on the grass, listened to some ethereal Gaelic music and the birds sing.
I find it so vital and important to create moments for ourselves; to live life spiritually and celestially. To immerse our mind’s eye into a world that engulfs us like a warm, heartfelt embrace.
“Just like any woman...we weave our stories out of our bodies. Some of us through our children, or our art; Some do it just by living. It’s all the same.”—Francesca Lia Block #travelingwomen#embodiedwisdom

Pretty Sunflowers 🌻!
Made it to the sunflower maze this year for the first time📍Von Bergen’s Country Market! The sunflowers 🌻 were huge (the biggest I’ve seen in my life) and the best thing was, it was only an hour drive away from us 🤩!
Other than their sunflower mazes, they also have a corn maze, a little outdoor picnic area, farm animals, and a market! Admission was $5. It gets busy as the days goes on, so get there early!
Unfortunately according to their website, they are suppose to be closing for the season, but that may change during this week. Be sure to check their website for further updates! Otherwise, they are opening up in the fall for pumpkin season!
Fun fact: There are lots of bees 🐝 but they don’t sting if you don’t bother them! I was afraid at first but it really wasn’t too bad!
Have you been to a sunflower field 🌻? Swipe to see the breathtaking view!

✨I recently visited the @mayfieldlavender and thought I should share a few gems about the farm.
💜 The Mayfield Lavender Farm is located in Banstead. The address is 1 Carshalton Road, Banstead SM7 3JA. I made my way via @uber but you can drive and also park there.
If you are taking public transport the closets Station to get to is West Croydon and then the bus 166 to the gate.
💜 Entry into the farm only costs £4 per an adult. Children under 16 can enter for free.
💜 I would suggest going during the week to avoid masses of people. You will also get the best pictures.
💜 The farm is accessible to disabled visitors. They have disabled parking and the ground is at a reasonable level.
💜 You can buy lavender in their shops. They do ask people not to pick the lavender so the farm can stay pretty.
💜 The best time to visit a lavender farm is the first and second week of July but I have still seen pictures and the flowers still look great. 😍
Hope the small gems that I have shared helped.

Our guests’ dining experience while on our Bali Yoga Retreat has been such a highlight that it has often been joked that we should be called “Gourmet Goddess” Retreats! 😋
We hand make and pick everything that goes on the table and that is reflected by meals bursting with flavors and high nutritional content. Our healthy retreat menu focus is on freshness and flavour! Our food runs the scope from pure comfort to globally inspired cuisine. It is a culinary journey that is led with passion and fun as we present fresh new menus daily. 💖
This Thai Red Curry of Chicken and Lychee is our home recipe. We make the curry paste from scratch, learned first hand by our head chef during her travel to Thailand years ago. One of our guests’ favorites! 😍
A must see in Bangkok: The Grand Palace. It’s a complex of buildings and temples with beautiful ancient Thai architecture. The palace has been the official residence of the kings of Siam since 1782. It lies near the Chao Phraya river and is a perfect stop on your way to another must see in Bangkok: Wat Arun.
