The mind is the king of the senses, but the breath is the king of the mind.
When you wake up, spend two minutes in your bed simply noticing your breath. As thoughts about the day pop into your mind, let them go and return to your breath. And as the day comes to an end, apply mindfulness. For at least 10 minutes, turn off your phone, shut off the radio, and simply be. Let go of any thoughts that arise. Attend to your breath. Doing so will allow you to let go of the stresses of the day.
How to practice? - Close your eyes, relax, and sit upright. Place your full focus on your breath. Simply maintain an ongoing flow of attention on the experience of your breathing: inhale, exhale; inhale; exhale. To help your focus stay on your breathing, count silently at each exhalation. Any time you find your mind distracted, simply release the distraction by returning your focus to your breath. Most important, allow yourself to enjoy these minutes. Throughout the rest of the day, other people and competing urgencies will fight for your attention. But for these 10 minutes, your attention is all your own!
One of my favourite things about Rome are the abundance of piazza’s! These public squares are so full of life, culture, history and entertainment and I simply love the energy there. I can’t wait to go back to explore more of Italy 🇮🇹
Love us a cozy Saturday! What are you up to today?😊

Paris, tu me manques!⠀
I love how in French you don’t say “I miss you”, but “You’re missing from me”. What’s more beautiful than that?⠀

Mama dolphin and baby dolphin. A large pod of dolphins made themselves known while snorkeling in Hawaii Big Island.
I have always wanted to swim with dolphins and for it to happen without it being planned and NOT on a tour, was MAGICAL!
I waded in the water while dolphins jumped and did flips in the water. Amazing!
WATCH the video of this experience on the youtube channel. ** New video uploaded this morning. Where this pic was taken : (2 step beach, Big Island)

My course starts Monday and it’s supposed to rain all next week. The London rain is headed my way. I think it maybe time to get a sturdy umbrella. ☂️

Life is a celebration of passionate colors.
Some days are red (when you are high), some are green (when you are productive and fruitful), some are pink (when you are young at heart), while others are blue (when you are down). Some days are orange (peaceful and make you satisfied) and some are yellow (bright and happy).
The most important thing is to enjoy your life — to be happy. It's all that matters.
The houses at Koon Seng Road were built in the 1920’s and 1930’s but it was until the early 90’s that they were to be officially marked for conservation.
The road is actually named after Cheong Koon Seng, born in the 1800′, who was one of the first thirteen students at Singapore’s Anglo-Chinese School. Until the 1970’s, the area was inhabited by Peranakan Chinese, which explains the colourful and unique Chinese architecture to be found in the area.
However, due to gang violence in the 1950’s, Koon Seng was a dangerous place to live. Many of the Peranakans moved out to safer abodes and other Singaporeans bought up many of the properties.
Either way, they’re worth millions today!
Never tempted to remove “for Sale” banner because i thought kind of cute 😝 but i photoshopped away the agent contact number though 🤪
Another favourite of #PinkSingapore shot.. because this house colours so pastel and so #accidentallywesanderson
Will be moving forward to different colour theme, guess what’s next?!

Places to see in the north of Ibiza:⠀
- Portinatx - we stayed at @barceloportinatx (you can take a walk along the shore where you’ll find tons of cafes and restaurants) we had dinner at Re-Brots and it was great! Try the carrillada and jamón ibérico ⠀
- Cala Xarraca - (see my other post) great beach to go diving or to spend the day on the rocks!⠀
- Cala Benirràs - an awesome spot to watch the sunset, have a drink or rent an umbrella and bed for the day!⠀
