Tiago.... what can I say about you? You’re one of the most kindest souls I know even though you don’t let everyone see that side of you! You comfort me when I’m down, u make me laugh because your humor is so witty, you are all about the fun and keeping the peace when I might be ready to fight . You are the greatest thing I ever made and I love you more then words could ever describe! You made me man up when I wasn’t even ready to! The reason why I’m still here and the reason why I will continue to fight for my dreams!! 💙 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
What's there to do in Thailand?
1) From fun festivals and parties to enchanting encounters and boat rides.
- No two days are the same in Thailand. Hang out with elephants one day and attend a famous Full Moon Party the next. - Let loose at a traditional Full Moon Party. This wild night begins at dusk on the beaches near Koh Phangan, during full moon periods, of course. - Head to Bo Sang Umbrella Village, right outside Chiang Mai! Experience umbrella-making and the intricate detail that goes into this cultural art. -If festivals are your cup of tea, look into the beautiful Loi Krathong Festival, which occurs on the night of the twelfth lunar month. - Play with Thailand's most lovable residents - elephants! Unfortunately, we must keep in mind that animal cruelty is alive and well. Try to avoid "sanctuaries" that force elephants to perform tricks and do some research about organizations before visiting. - Visit Lopburi, one of the oldest cities in Thailand, home to spectacular ruins, Lopburi Palace, Wat Phra Sri Mahathat, and - oh yeah - tons and tons of monkeys!
2) Hit the beach
Make time to relax - you'll be happy you did.
Take in the breathtaking blue waters, vibrant greenery, and sky-high rock formations of Thailand's most beautiful beaches. - Yes, this place really does exist! Experience true paradise at the postcard-worthy Phi Phi Islands near Phuket. Make Maya Bay on Koh Phi Phi Le your first stop! - Escape to Krabi, a stunning resort town filled with limestone landscapes and mangrove forests. Before you lie down on the white sand of Railay Beach, climb the stairs up to Tiger Cave Temple. - Find peace in Phuket! Party on Patong Beach, relax on Karon Beach, then grab a bite to eat at any of the trendy nearby restaurants. - Find peace in Phuket! ✈️ After two hour flight, both of which I spend laying in my row, since there's no one sitting there, I arrive to Manila, Philippines. It's 4 AM. I go to the toilet and take cash out of the ATM. Next, I open the app Grab, which is like Uber in the rest of the world and ask for a taxi.
I go out of the front door of the airport and 4 minutes after, I am on my way to Manila City. The driver tells that the Philippines was a Spanish Colony for a long time and that a lot fo the streets and proper names are still Spanish nowadays. He told me that even numbers are said in the same way. He adds that to him, the Philipines was blessed because thanks to the Spanish, the world knows about the Philippines and they have more development than if Spanish had never come.
This good man leaves me at the doorstep of the Hostel Lub D Philippines, whose receptionists tell me that they are full and can't let me in my room yet. They show me a room with sofas, rather small where I can rest. In this moment of the story it is 5 AM so, even though there is a lot of noise and music coming from everywhere, I do close my eyes and rest a little. The check in is at 2PM, so at 11 I go to the toilet and make myself a bit more presentable. I ask them if the room is ready yet. No, it is not. I ask for a place around to eat and I go to the rooftop restaurant.

Have you ever visited the island of Sardinia in Italy 🇮🇹? Sardinia is a large Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea. It has nearly 2,000km of coastline, sandy beaches and a mountainous interior crossed with hiking trails.
- #funfact Its rugged landscape is dotted with thousands of nuraghi – mysterious Bronze Age stone ruins shaped like beehives. One of the largest and oldest nuraghi is Su Nuraxi in Barumini, dating to 1500 B.C.

In allen Ländern genießen Menschen leckeres Essen. Du musst nur gucken. Öffne die Augen und schau um dich herum. Das Gute ist überall. If you’re asking yourself .. why did I post so much from my trip to Paris. What does this have to do with medicine, Fitness or mindset.. the answer is .. all what I post here is related to my values .. one of my values is my commitment to get to know the world first hand. Through knowing people.. real people and not from TV, news or social media.. and the more I get to see .. the more I believe that people everywhere are really similar.. we are not at all that different.. in all lands people want the best of all for their kids, they enjoy good food, they love to help others.. you just have to open your eyes and heart and look for the right things.. The Good is everywhere.
