Do you already know the Dutch Venice?
The place in Holland is like Venice in Italy. There’s a river flows through the city, the ducks and swans swim on the water only centimetres beside you.
I can recommend it once, that you go to travel if you don't necessarily want to go to Venice.
Who can correctly tip the next special place from the top 18 backpacker destinations?
Today is the 13th, which is: Arizona, USA🤩
Arizona is full of amazing places to spend the night in the wild, and the Grand Canyon has to be the top of your list. One of the most popular routes among backpackers is to trek across from the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park across the south, taking in the jaw-dropping scenery and a unique waterfall, Ribbon Falls, within the desert tour.
“It is by far the grandest of all the special temples of Nature I was ever permitted to enter.” —John Muir
When we visited Yosemite I realized why Sir John Muir must have said those words about this beautiful place. It has those dangerously beautiful granite cliffs, flowing streams, meadows and spectacular waterfalls not just one but so many! One such waterfall is the Bridalveil waterfall and most often the first one when you see while entering the park. It thunders in spring while during the rest of the year sways lightly like the veil of a bride! 👰
Wat Benchamabophit, also known as Marble Temple, was completed in 1911 under the instruction of King Rama V and it is one of Bangkok’s best-known temples. Believe it or not, this stunning Buddhist temple made of Italian marble is not heavily promoted as much as the Grand Palace or Wat Pho, but I would say that this UNESCO Heritage Site is really worth a visit!
I came in the morning around 9:30 am and the place was almost empty, just a few visitors here and there but overall, it wasn’t very difficult to get the photo shot done. Thanks to my dear friend @quinobcn for his help too! 🙏🏼
