The term 'psychic' refers to the way a person experiences and communicates with the world: nature, human & non-human beings, the universe, the multiverse, objects, places. Since everything is governed by forces / energies, everyone experiences and responds to them in one way or another - that's basic physics as well as basic 'psychics'. The more sensitive and open we are, the more we feel-trust and feel-understand our surroundings (energies) and want to interact with them on the intuitive level rather than hypothesize about them. Everyone can decide to develop this sensitivity or not. Either way, it should feel peaceful, in control and fulfilling - this is how I tell apart a possible episode from a psychic experience. (I will talk more about my delusions versus spirituality in another post.) So yes, my psychosis recovery path led me to the point where in clarity of the mind I feel like going back to where I was as a little child, as these are my most peaceful memories: being visited by streaks of energies, a 'Little Ghost', 'talking' to the colour of the sky and feeling only love. That said, I honour every stretch of everyone else's path, as I always have, and always will. I find it fascinating we can choose how to experience our lives in so many different ways and I'm always excited to share and learn from other perspectives.

The long walk from Paine Grande to Los Cuernos via Mirador Britanico
We were giving up on the morning of day 3 and getting the boat from Paine Grande to the exit of the park.
Until a sign came from heaven for us to carry on 🙏 (Pete was watching over us 🌄) The first 30 minutes after leaving camp was an actual JOKE and I kinda hoped Chris would chuck his poles off the mountain and throw the towel in. But we powered on instead.
We didn't make it to the view point, it was a practical blizzard with zero visibility but we got as far as we could, watched an avalanche and kept waking to our next camp.
This walk went on, and on, and on. I'm writing up my email as we speak to demand a re run of the measurements - the last 2.5km of this hike HAS to be more like 5km!
It was a picturesque walk though... With glaciers, waterfalls and beaches
#tbt ❤️ remenecing on this year #travels Gonna be hard to beat 🙏🎉Travelling is like therapy for me. Best thing. U leave your problems and worries for a while.. like you are leaving a new life. Different surroundings, meet beautiful people, make new experiences.. that’s been my new year resolution for a while now. I think people need it sometimes.. is easy to feel stuck, but you are not a tree… u can move… and make it happen. #traveltherapy#travel#traveldiary#goodforthesoul#stayhappy

Are you suffering from a case of „shoulds“. It‘s so easy to get caught up in what others expect from us. Or what we think we should do. .
Do you belong to those people
1. who steadily try to please everyone
2. who steadily give their best without wanting that
3. who steadily fulfill their duty without happiness
4. who steadily behave only for causing no dispute and quarrel
5. who never disagree only for not destroying harmony
6. who don‘t have an own opinion because saying yes is easier
7. who think they should fit into a scheme
8. who think they should accept the status quo
9. who think that their circumstances can‘t be changed
10. who think that they cannot control life ??? .
Should = Inner Resistance = Frustration .
See the equation?
When you have realized something now, then it is time to come into the flow and do something against your inner resistance and frustration. .
So relaxing this scenery on the Floating Market of Pattaya ... .
Covering an area of 100,000sqm, the Four Regions Floating Market is separated into four sections – each representing and selling items from the four major parts of Thailand (north, northeast, central and south). Expect to find many eateries, fruit stalls, souvenir shops and some art galleries. There is also a cultural show every afternoon. The 350 million baht market has over 114 shops and water vendors selling authentic Thai food, desserts and specialties from all over the kingdom. For a floating market experience, hire a man-powered boat to get around and discover the richness of the surrounding Thai architecture and riverside life. Typically, the boat is big enough for four people and can be hired for a small fee for around 30 minutes.
Happiness comes from inside ... how can we be happy when we steadily aim for more, put pressure on ourselves and are not satisfied with our life?
Happiness is an inside job, and develops with the right self-acceptance and relaxation... only when we accept ourselves how we are, with all our flaws and mistakes, are we prepared for happiness!
People „chase“ happiness, but happiness must ensue ... we should let it happen without running after it.
Big Buddha statue on a hill in Pattaya / Thailand ....
We become what we think.
There are people in our world who steadily see the negative side of things ... they blame their surroundings for who they are and for failures.
They believe that the outer world is the problem whereas their thoughts are the problem... Buddha was so right with his wisdom.
