The Grand Canyon of Hawaii from my favorite ridge! Warning: Will scour ridges for the best views! Secretly just visited Hawaii to use the most epic Grumpier Old Men pickup line: I have been to Hawaii!...Which Island?!...you know the rest 😂😂😂😂.
Envisioning myself in this sunshine instead of the rainy, grey weather we have here 🙃

What better way to relax during the winter months then around a cozy warm wood fire, in a small cabin under the stars. A truly 🇨🇦experience for the wild at heart!Who’s got this on their bucket list?

Nothing beats the texture of fresh snow blanketing the trees...⠀
Except fresh snow blanketing the trees, an ice blue lake, a bright red kayak, and the tiniest peek of a mountain behind the clouds. ⠀
Props to @mikesugianto for managing to fit all of our favorite things into one incredible photo 💯
The humble art of saying NO 🛑 .
🏜There are days where I feel so occupied with emotions and tangled with unnecessary thoughts on what would other people feel when I say NO .
🏜I have struggled with this in my entire 20s. But now gradually learning one day at a time to saying NO when I don’t feel the intuition to commit to something .
🏜Also practicing the art of stepping back from people and relationships that do not lift me up and bring positive vibes .
🏜When I am in nature, it reminds me how unimportant and insignificant I and my problems are compared to these beautiful giant rocks and cliffs .
🏜It’s so humbling to be around them with a reminder, I am so SMALL in this universe that me saying NO is not the end of this world .
🏜I would love to hear your journey in listening to your own intuition. Do you have a tough time saying NO? Has that changed for you? What did you do?

The power of sedona’s vortex helped levitate @kellienicole above the 7 sacred pools!
Sometimes photography is click and shoot and motionless objects. Other times, we shake it up and have some fun. This was definitely the latter. Love having the chance to meet awesome people in our great outdoors.
Ain’t nothing like having a nice roaring fire to help keep us warm on this cool winter night of camping under the stars. I finally put the Gazelle T3 tent to use. I’m impressed at how well it kept the cold breeze out and the setup was cake. 👌🏽
I’ve cried more this year than I care to admit
but I’ve cried the happiest of tears because of this sweet friend of mine. We met 10 years ago while on our own solo backpacking journeys in Australia; just two young females looking for adventure and making sense of the world. It still blows my mind how far we have come and how much we have grown as individuals. I could easily post a picture of us looking semi presentable but this photo genuinely sums up our friendship; doing something inappropriate while wearing shit eating grins and cackling 😂. Thanks for traveling the world with me, loving me despite my flaws, and for being the best friend any one would be so lucky to have. I miss you always.
❄️ I love capturing vast landscapes, but also try to notice the little details, like these snow ripples at Bryce Canyon (I spent most of the day hunting them and taking about them, my apologies @norrisniman )❄️
Mount Adams summit 6/30/2019. I didn’t share very many pictures from our trip up Mount Adams in June, so heres a few! Who else is ready to get back up into some high elevation climbs after winter 🏔
Just a friendly reminder to slow down and simplify this holiday season! If you’re overbooked and overstressed, take a step back and see what’s on your schedule that doesn’t need to be there. What expectations have you put on yourself that won’t matter at all if you don’t meet them- maybe it’s not decorating as much, not buying as many presents, not sending Christmas cards, or not baking dozens of cookies because you think your family expects you to 🤭 (a mom somewhere just audibly gasped). It’s ok to say no, to stay home, and to save some cozy time by the fire. There’s a reason for the season, don’t let it be lost in the hustle and bustle! ✨
