Pittnauer Mash Pitt 2018
⚡🕺🏽This young school boy dreams of post-covid times and being old enough to stand in a mosh pit where skin contact is not only permitted but encouraged amongst excessive sweating and aggressive pogoing. Gerhard Pittnauer went full blown orange with the moshing of must (grape seeds, stems, skins ) - 20 days to be exact, before maturing for 8 months in used oak barrels.

the season that you’re in
It’s all a beautiful part of YOU!!!

Chopping inches off my hair felt deeply symbolic of how far I’ve come on this health journey. I clung to my long(er) hair like a security blanket - hoping it would distract (myself and others) from the parts of me that I hated. If people were looking at my hair, maybe they wouldn’t look at my big/fat [fill in the blank with any feature]? And, doesn’t society tell us longer hair is better, sexier, more feminine? These thoughts are TOXIC. I’m happy that I’ve been able to let go of that insecurity and rock my short curls.✌🏼
To be clear, I’m not anti-long hair. 🤣 I’m pro-doing what YOU want because it’s your body and (in the words of @iamtabithabrown) that’s your business! 😘
