1. Spend Time With Loved Ones 👫
Simply carving out an hour to be with loved ones can greatly improve your moral and stress levels.
2. Drink Water 🚰
Without adequate hydration, you simply won't perform at your best each day, so ensure you're hydrated each and every day!
3. Exercise Often 🏃♂️
If you aren't healthy, who's gunna put out dope songs every month? Keep ya heart and body healthy and commit to at least 30mins of exercise 2-3 times per week.
4. Meditate Or Journal 🧘♂️
Meditation and journaling both have a ton of mental health benefits. In order to have mental clarity in your days, try introducing a small 3-5 minute daily meditation session to get you through the day.
5. Eat Clean 🥑🥥
We know eating clean isn't cheap, but neither is that $14 Uber Eats order or that $10 pizza you bought. Replace bad spending habits with healthier alternatives when possible.
6. Get Sleep 💤
Sleep, or as we like to call it, the ultimate super medication. The science shows it allows our cells to perform at their optimal levels when we sleep and recharge, make sleep your priority. If you don't, it'll catch up!
7. Sanitize 🧴
It's all fun and games when you're in the studio with the guys/girls, but not so much when you catch a flu from your friends, friends sisters auntie. Santize or wash your hands often so your game isn't threatened.
