Here we see a clownfish nestled into the reefs. These famous fish (made popular by the #FindingNemo film) life in harmony with anemones. The fish chase away other fish that try to eat the anemone while the anemone provides shelter (and even leftover food) for the clownfish. Not only this but apparently their nighttime schedule is intertwined. Clownfish help Anemonies breath at night. By making more movement at night the clownfish aerate the water around the anemone allowing them both to breath better. Find out more by following the link in our bio.

I seriously need to dive.....and capture some more underwater images. Amed, Indonesia. 2019 revisited continues.
A 392 year old Greenland Shark🦈 | that was recently discovered in the Arctic Ocean. This guy was wandering the ocean back in 1627! Greenland sharks, the longest living vertebrates on Earth, which can be found off the northern coast of Ireland, could hold the secret to long life, geneticists mapping their DNA have predicted. The sharks, which live for up to 400 years, are believed to have unique genes that could help explain not only their remarkably long life span but also life expectancy in other vertebrates including humans.
Diving with big schools of fish 🐠🐠 is amazing. One of our favourite schooling #fish are the Pinjalo Snappers! The red colour with the contrast of the blue of the ocean is simply incredible! There are a few #divedestinations here in #indonesia where we get to see them in huge schools! Raja Ampat and Triton Bay are some of those areas.

Hard corals are home to hundreds of fish, shrimps and more! We captured this image a few years ago, near #Komodo National Park. This small coral head was completely covered in fish and other marine life. We haven’t been for a #dive for some time and we really hope to get back soon! There is nothing better than seeing so many fish 🐠 in a such small area. The #underwaterworld is simply the best!
