with every passing moment we are absorbing different energies. ones we create ourselves and others we pick up from our surroundings. its important before you head to bed (& when you wake) to cleanse your mind. by this, I mean to check in with your heart and feed it positive vibrations. how we spend the last 60 minutes before we go to sleep is crucial for our mental, emotional and spiritual state for when we wake the next morning. invest in yourself. invest in positive things. meditate on love. to create a beautiful world, the first place we should start is within ourselves❤🌍🙏🏽.
