🇫🇷Mon brol. Cette année, on a pas eu l'opportunité de faire beaucoup de brocantes (traduction pour nous: en faire tous les dimanches 😅) mais les quelques unes étaient efficaces de trouvailles!
🇬🇧My mess. This year, we did not have the opportunity to do a lot of flea markets (which means for us: make one every single Sunday 😅) but the few we did were effective finds!
He had starred with some of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood but it was Katharine Hepburn who became his grand passion. In 1968 , looking for a stinging Eleanor of Aquitaine to play opposite his Henry II in The Lion in Winter, he enticed Hepburn, then 61 , out of mourning for her secret love, Spencer Tracy. "It was literally the week that Tracy had died and I found out where she was, the mistress who couldn't mourn publicly, so I sent her the script with a little note " said O'Toole. "She phoned up right away and said "I might as well do it before I die ". He was 36 but makeup - and the very real ravages of cigarettes and alcohol- combined to create a grizzled King Henry , an ageing lion to match Hepburn's fiery Queen Eleanor. Hepburn went on to win an Oscar while he, as usual, was nominated but lost. Interviewed in 1989 he said of the Hollywood legend. "I loved her , no question, in the proper platonic sense but, yes, I loved her. We were filming one day and I kept her waiting on set because I was still in my trailer playing cards. She stormed in and shouted " You are a real nut, and I've met some nuts in my time ." And then she hit me around the head. A couple of hours later , I went to see her and gave her a present to say sorry for keeping her waiting. She said "Don't worry pig (she always called me pig, and I always called her nags) I only hit the people I love. So even tho the tea staining experiment didn’t quite go to plan, I’m glad I created a unique piece for myself despite its imperfections I love it, ( thank you for re directing my thoughts @nicole_lecomte into more positive ones😘🙏🏼 )
it’s vintage, it’s sustainable and it didn’t go to landfill so although it kinda failed it’s still a win in so many other ways 🙌🏼 #smallwins

Sooo .. it sorta worked ... the tea staining I mean ....
I absolutely love the colour 👌🏼 but I seemed to manage to add more imperfections than I eliminated 🤔 for some reason black dots appeared in parts of the dress that weren’t there before .. I’m completely baffled to how that happened🤷🏻♀️ and I was sooooo peeved last night ( like major annoyed 😠 because it was all going so well) but u know what, I’m still wearing it dots or no dots 👍🏼 #perfectlyimperfect

The return of the retro saw a rise in cuban collared shirts. The style considered a classical is distinguished by its features - a open, notch lapel-like collar, short sleeves, and a straight, boxy hem.
This shirt is a nod to cool vintage looks that we so love, but with our own little twist.
