On the “eve” of my new books release, I am feeling nothing but immense gratitude for everyone’s love and support. I talk about it all the time, but I really do believe that the best way to change the lives of others is to “love & lead them”. And that is exactly what I hope this book can do for so many this holiday and New Years resolution season. The book is full of the needed information for beginning a plant-based diet and then contains 75 of my favorite recipes that have helped me lose 100 pounds and my family regain their health. So here’s to a new year and “new you” that reaches for the cookbook that I hope changes your life!

So I was at @worldmarket right, and they had the tiramisu kit on sale. And I was like - shit I have the Trillium BA Tiramisu stout- I’ll make this and take a picture with it. So my happy ass comes home, makes the thing, and then goes to look for the bottle only to find out @dceccorulli TRADED IT FOR WHISKEY. So anyway I drank this instead . @oozlefinchbeers demure defiance was the BEST hands down sour from a can I have tasted in my life. This was fancy bottle quality BA sour stuff, loaded with decadent blueberries and notes of oak and whiskey 😋
