The past two months I’ve spent in America have been so perfect 👌⠀
I got the chance to see friends I haven’t seen in years and make new memories with them, spend precious time with family and feel extra close to them, and I was able to gain a clearer perspective on my life and how grateful I am for it. ⠀
So all in all, it was so worth it, even though it sucked being away from Mike for so long. And the GREAT news is that he’s only AN HOUR away from landing here in Mexico City where I landed earlier this afternoon!! 🎉 ⠀
Tomorrow is our only full day in Mexico City. Anyone been here and have recommendations?? ☺️⠀

“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” -George Bernard Shaw
It is not hard to fill our desert days with play. Prior to this golden sunset we hiked up and surfed down sand dunes in a loop of sandy laughter. Afterward we made full moon friends before falling asleep wearing sated smiles. The next day we skirted tarantulas while climbing through red rock canyons looking for petroglyphs then later watched with bright starry eyes as acrobats and contortionists performed under neon lights. These days of seemingly endless play bolster me for the inevitable ones that feel more like a chore than a gift. I believe that weekends should always satisfy and exhaust you. Life is strange but vastly beautiful. I hope this youthful enthusiasm never fades because I want so badly to always feel so alive.

Who else loves planning trips to the desert when the weather gets cold? Sedona, Moab, and plenty of public lands to explore mean you'll always have a new area to see!
Tell us if you're heading to the desert this winter in the comments below! 📸: @brookscrandellphoto
Winter came to FL, and I’m not mad about it... As long as I can be back in my bikini by next week. I do like the seasons. Winters are quiet here. A time to reflect, and I’ve been doing just that. Reflecting on my relationships, and what I want out of them. Reflecting on where I see myself going. I’m trusting that those I’m supposed to connect with will come into my life if I allow them to. My intuition has led me to some incredible meet ups recently. And what I’ve realized once again is that if I have to convince someone to be here with me, it wasn’t meant to be. Right now I’m manifesting people in my life that support my growth and expansion, as well as a beautiful team of individuals who want freedom and health as much as i do. It’s crazy who has been showing up. So many surprises. Keep them coming, please.
The #lanternfestival maybe over but I have enough photos to last until next year’s. And after an amazing few days of #solotravel I can finally stop asking strangers to take my photo as for the next 8 days I’ll be on crafty travels with @hauteculturetextiletours - and I couldn’t be more excited! 😀
Sundance Square is one of my favorite parts of Fort Worth. There are so many cute shops, I love the restaurants, and the Starbucks has the dreamiest vine wall! [ad] @embassyfw was only blocks away from it & the perfect distance to walk to dinner. Have I mentioned how much I love Fort Worth? Okay just making sure 🌵

📚 Here’s some homework for you. Google the Benagil Caves.
If you haven’t seen these caves before, they’re an amazing spectacle of nature formed by the tides of the ocean. As the cave begins to form its shape from below due to erosion caused by the waves, rain water causes holes to form in the “ceiling” of the cave, allowing light to shine through the top of the unique rock formation.
Truly, the Benagil caves are unlike anything you’ll ever see, a bucket list item for many, and there’s no telling how much longer they will last due to the constant beating of the weather.

🌅 Another devastatingly gorgeous sunset in Colorado 🌅
It was quite clear in our last *sunset* post... everyone seems to agree that Colorado has the best sunsets on earth. We haven't seen every sunset, but I think it just might be true. 💜
Have you been lucky enough to watch a Colorado sunset?
I am so so excited to announce the transition of Bailee Marie Photography to Wander Often!!
This has been eight months in the making, and ultimately one of the biggest decisions I have made in this business!
I want this business to be an experience, not just a thing that you show up to for a few hours. I want this to be inclusive, I want you to feel like you can wander with your love in the Rocky Mountains, the beaches of the PNW, the deserts of the South, the plains of the Midwest, the rolling hills of the East coast. Essentially, I want YOU to know that you can wander often, with your love, in the places that mean the most to you, wherever that may be! And I'll be right along side the two of you, documenting your love for one another!
Let's capture those love soaked moments, those big laughs, and those sweet cuddles in the most epic of places.
Not only will I be your photographer, I'll also be your adventure guide, hype girl, and friend. We'll dance. Sing. Hike. Cry. Swap embarrassing stories. Dive deep. Laugh. Explore. Quote Parks and Rec. And soak in the beauty of your love in the most breathtaking places, together. Because I don't want to just give you a session, I want to provide a space for an experience.
I am so excited to see where this new direction will take me, but even more excited to serve all of you! Here's to new chapters and exciting adventures with the coolest people in the world! I can't wait to photograph the relationships that mean the most to you!
So let's wander often, together!
If you're ready for an adventure, head on over to my new site www.wanderoftenphotography.com and let's chat about your elopement, wedding, or engagement!
Huge shout-out to @meghankaiteco for this amazing logo! She is the most patient and kind designer! She took everything I wanted my business to feel like and put it in a logo. She is the sweetest ever! 10/10 recommended Meghan! 🙌

It might as well be winter ❄️ Photos taken at Piz Gloria, the revolving restaurant in Schilthorn, Switzerland popular for the James Bond film location, claiming to be the first revolving restaurant & now the 3rd highest in the world.
A cable from Mürren will take you to Schilthorn. On a nice clear day, the summit has the 360 view of the Titlis, Jungfrau, Mönch, Eiger, over the Bernese Alps and the Jura mountains up to the Vosges Mountains and the Black Forest. Mont Blanc is also visible.
I think the cable car is close in november & december though but must visit while in switzerland. ❤️ #pizgloria#schilthorn#switzerland#tbwednesday#winter

One of my favorite parts of traveling and more specifically road tripping is the ever changing landscape. (unless you are driving past corn fields) I love looking at all the layers of rock, each one has a story to tell from a time long past.

Denali National Park (repost from a few years ago). Winter hikes are a must. It’s a completely different experience and the views covered in snow are so worth it.
Still on my winter series with these southern temperatures being below freezing! I never thought I’d miss winters in Alaska but I do- I miss how calm and peaceful the crisp mornings were before the day really got started.

How do you feel about Instagram hiding likes? 🤔 With the latest news that they're going to start testing hiding likes for some users in the US next week, it's forced me to really think about the subject! 🧐
I'll share my thoughts later on but I want to see how you guys feel! 💭
It's unbe-leaf-able how much I love the East Coast! ☺️ Have you ever been to Maryland? 🍁
We had such a wonderful time in my hometown this weekend. It's just so crazy how I didn't realize how gorgeous it is until I left! 🍂 Definitely a great reminder to stop and appreciate the beauty around me in the present!! 😍

What are you going to be for Halloween? I think I'll go as a princess with this as my castle ☺️👸 .
