That's Real Estate! That's life! Some days are smooth, some days are bumpy but what did you learn? What was your take away? How will you get better? My take aways:
1. EVERYTHING is negotiable in Real Estate.
2. MINDSET can make or break you in this business.
3. Just because you have a license, doesn't mean you have a business.
4. There is always something to improve on, keep learning, keep reading, continue to grow.
5. The race is not for the swift, but those who can ENDURE it.
6. Real Estate is not part-time job even if you have a full-time job (9-5ers like myself). 7. Your friends and family mean well (I adore mine btw), but they're not your only audience to market to. FIND your audience.
