Back to regular programming of healthier eats 😂😂😂 after my crazy deep fried/ extra glutinous indulging in Vegas 🤤🤤🤤 ( and yes for those that watched my Instagram stories I ate everything I posted). But the day I got home I was right back to my 6am workouts and my dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, no red meat lifestyle and felt back to myself in just a few days 💪🏽💦
I’m am truly dedicated to the 3Cs (commitment, consistency and community) all year long but when on vacay I purposely choose to live in the present moment and plan to enjoy all my favorite foods( which I research in advance) as I see no need to deprive yourself if you have earned it through consistency and commitment all year long.
Four days of eating poorly is not going to erase 335 days of eating clean. I truly believe it’s about being intentional with the HABITS you apply 90% of the time that makes your afford the ability to enjoy a balance lifestyle. •

Sich darüber klar werden, Ziele neu fokussieren, ausreichend schlafen, Prioritäten überdenken, Deload und weiter gehts mit vollem Fokus 🙏🏼 und was hilft da besser als ein neues Outfit von @otto_de 💪🏼
