On the path of life there are deciding moments where we can choose to go with the mainstream or we can dare to take a bolder, more authentic and trusting way-even if it seems less safe. .
To rely solely on logic and science, without incorporating the mysterious and magical is a recipe for an existence far to dry!
The sacred rebel within our hearts will always choose a juicier approach to life. You are currently approaching a choice point. .
Placing “science” above all else kills the rebellious heart.❤️ Steadfastly relying on logic, proof and a complete set of plans to measure and dictate outcomes will suffocate the soul!⭐️ Choose to value decisions based on passion and instinct to trust in life enough to embrace it as an adventure and let it unfold as it will.
There is a time for measure, logic , planning and measurable outcomes. These are wise tools and we must be vigilant not to worship them or allow them to quash our less rational, but equally valuable decision making tools: intuition, feelings and those things, you know, without knowing how you know them!
To remain rebellious we must not sacrifice the art of emotion, instinct, passion and intuition, for the science of logic and strict planning.
The message is clear. You are being asked to trust your intuition in your life, work, your creativity and your spiritual journey. There is no need to control the situation it rather a desire to nurture an idea to fruition.
You may have pressure from the world around you to do things according to rules or to accept the mainstream view and have a well thought out plan. However sometimes the best plan is to do what your intuitively feel is truthful and trust that you are being led towards your own growth. .
There is another message Warriors!🔥
You are moving outside your plan. You are living in the border of what is socially acceptable. This is good. This is fringe dwelling freedom. You are called to live from the sacred heart Warrior! There is far more living to be lived here!

☝️I’ve never experienced suicidal feelings, but when I was really struggling with my relationship with food, I remember thinking “it would be so much easier to end it and this constant struggle,” “I don’t know if I want to live if I can’t have the perfect body.” .
In my 7 year battle with my relationship with food, there’s not much I didn’t experience. 🙈mood swings, bad immunity, disempowerment, psychological issues such as feelings of depression and anxiety, huge mental blocks and much more.
This is serious stuff & I know a lot of the ladies in my GIFT community also struggle with these things everyday.
Recently I listened to a podcast all about Frankincense essential oil💧which is one of the most versatile oils with a woodsy warm balsamic smell. With less than 3 months left IN THIS DECADE, I want to ask you a completely unsexy question. What does you ACCOUNTABILITY look like right now?? Is it the squeezed in friend date to the gym?
Is it your significant other??
Is it you and YouTube?
Is it your momma still?
Who is it that is helping YOU stay on track and hit your goals? Are they doing a good job or letting you slack off???? As mommas, as women in general, we tend to be m a j o r people pleasers. Whether that is putting your babies first or putting work first, we rarely EVER put ourselves first!! Lean into someone else for accountability if you can. Most of the time, someone else can see our greatness before we can & we just need someone's help to find it 💗
Literally everything flows better in life when you are at your best. And I know that deep down you know that...but you still tell yourself that you can't right now, you will later, or something else is more important!
The dang dishes can wait sister 🤪

We recommend her book 📖 and believe that her tips are great tools for unleashing your epic life. In addition to her organizational prowess we'd like to suggest that you intentionally set up your space to include symbols ✨ and totems 🦊 that have rich meaning for you. Surrounding yourself with these artefacts helps to tap into material that might be buried in your psyche. Perhaps you decorate your space with colors that speak to you, with totems or photos of animals 🦄 that act as messengers from the spirit world, candles and crystals that help you to drop into a somatic experience, photos of yourself and/or loved ones that help you remember who you are. Maybe you found a treasure during one of your travels, maybe you loved a certain trinket at TJMaxx or maybe it's a piece of artwork that you made yourself. It doesn't really matter how or why the piece is meaningful to you - only that it is so. Your home is ideally your sanctuary; an oasis; heaven. Pay attention to how you feel energetically and emotionally when walking into each room. Your intuition will know what needs to be done in order to perfect your palace.

Happy Monday✨ here’s a little something I thought about while reminiscing on my early stages in eating disorder recovery.
You may not even realize it, but you may be carrying old habits from your eating disorder over in recovery.
I’m no professional, but from experience, the habits I kept that did me more harm than good we’re counting calories, constantly weighing myself and comparing my recovery to someone else’s.
I still tracked my food in beginning recovery to make sure I was eating enough, but eventually those feelings of guilt started to creep in, especially when my intake reached numbers I’ve never seen before.. I knew I was still on the right track for listening to my body, but old ED thoughts would make me second-guess it.
Weighing myself to “track my progress” in recovery was just an excuse to take control. Truth is, you don’t need to know where your body will settle, what your set point weight will be, or to see if you’ve finally plateaued. Either way, your body will do it’s own thing and be where it needs to be. Weighing yourself will just give you unnecessary stress and you could be using that time to go out and do things that you genuinely enjoy.
Lastly, comparison. We all know comparison is the thief of joy yet we still do it no matter what stage in life we are in. Before it was comparing my weight loss to someone else’s, in recovery it was “who can recover faster.” Again, everybody is different, every BODY is different. Everyone has a different genetic makeup, a different history with their eating disorder, and simply they are not YOU. Don’t compare your progress to someone else’s, it’ll just lead to negative thoughts and potentially sabotage your recovery efforts.

One thing that I am trying to be more intentional in doing is checking in with myself. Being more aware of where I'm at emotionally, mentally and physically and setting aside time to reflect through writing in my journal Purpose on Paper. It's so easy to get caught up in a hectic day, week or month and disregard ourselves. If you're not already checking in with yourself let's make it habit to check in as often as possible.

Intermittent Fasting update: a little over 4 weeks in and so far I’m loving it! 🤗 Much more mental clarity throughout my work days, better, more restful sleep and more energy throughout the day (which has even allowed me to get a couple workouts in this month!) is what’s motivating me to keep going! While weight loss wasn’t a motivation in wanting to give it a try, I did end up losing 4 pounds, and the areas where I typically carry more fat (hips, thighs, waistline) look visibly leaner. Like I said in my last post, I had heard about IF having lots of mental health benefits so I wanted to give it a try for myself and WOW am I impressed! My fasting window is 7 PM - 11 AM, and once I got over the initial watching the clock/counting down until I could eat during the first couple weeks, it became my normal... sharing more about my experience over on the blog at GirlWithCurves.com if you’re interested in reading the full story, including a couple downsides. ❤️ Is anyone doing IF?
