"I AM ENOUGH!!!!" WOMEN'S CONFERENCE🔥🔥🔥🔥 It is truly a blessing that women can come together in one room and cheer each other on! It is truly a blessing that women can come to a room in a non-judgmental setting and experience love and acceptance that seems to be lacking in this critical world! It is truly a blessing that women can come to a room and break bread together and find out that although we share many differences, we are alike in so many ways! It is truly a blessing that we get a chance to get away from our normal routine and the demands of others and get to experience some much needed "ME-TIME!" Oh my...and what a blessing it will be that we will leave much better than we came! I promise you...this will be a great experience for each of you! We will leave being more powerful, authentic, and confident! #IAmEnough1026#womenconference#sevendaysAway#womenempowerment#lifecoaching#womenmentoringwomen#selfdevelopment#selfworth#youareenough
"Part 2 of Dee's Story: ""They say Islam is a religion of peace, and that’s what I was trying to embrace when I took the Shahada. My intention was to find the way to peace and a better world for all people. I was a survivor who had a life full of challenges, and a mind like a child. I met Muslims online and I was trying to be a human rights advocate and a peace activist. I learned my Muslim 'friends' wanted to turn children into human bombs. The cult of the suicide bomber within Islam is what began my apostasy. I tried to find the peaceful version of Islam to counter the bad one & a local Muslim gave me books to learn from. I always hated the concept of hell & eternal damnation but I found the worst version of it in Islam. Years of psychological trauma exploded in my mind. Here was this book used to teach children and it had some of the worst hell fire and damnation references I'd ever seen in my life. To make matters worse I learned the truth about Muhammad as a sexual predator. It hurt as a survivor of childhood abuse to think about being a part of something that idolized a man like that.
I hurt for all the men, women and children - Muslim and Non Muslim alike. I learnt more about those victims as I explored Islam.
As crazy as it sounds, I denounced Islam out of love for Muslims & non-Muslims.
When I was little I went through so much and desperately needed a mother or father or someone to love me enough to stand up and say this is not ok, I’d never let that happen to you. I tried to give them what I never had."" -Dee #ExmuslimWomen#ExmuslimsSpeak#FaithlessHijabi#LifeOfAnExmuslim#ExmuslimsSpeak#WomenEmpowerment#ExMuslim#ExMuslims#Islam#NoGod#NoReligion#Atheist#Atheism#StoryTelling#Hijab#FinallyFree#IslamIsntForMe#Blasphemy#apostateandproud

Did you know? Back in the day, women of the Apatani tribe in Arunachal Pradesh, northeast #India , used to tattoo their faces and place spreaders in their pierced nostrils. The goal was to make women uglier so as not to attract men from neighboring tribes. 🤔
The condition of women remains a thorny subject, no matter the country, religion, social rank, environment or era... Food for thought! 🙌
WHAT IS NATIONAL PERIOD DAY?
Today, October 19, 2019, we will rally in all 50 states in honor of the world’s first #NationalPeriodDay -- elevating the issue of period poverty and demanding real change to making period products more accessible for all and ending the #TamponTax . This is an inclusive rally! Whether you menstruate or not, EVERYONE is welcome.
It’s 2019, and yet, 35 US States still have a sales tax on period products considering them non-essential items. 1 in 4 women struggle to afford period products due to a lack of income. In the first city-wide study on period poverty, it was found that 46% of low-income women had to choose between a meal and period products. Because of the period stigma that makes menstruation a taboo topic, we don’t often think about what it’s like for a homeless or low-income menstruator to get their period, and don’t have open conversations about period health or solutions to period poverty.

It's not what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters.

As in 8-11 AM, right? And then please don't stay late...
Moms-to-be, enjoy the freedom while it lasts! For the rest of us...Happy Saturday. This is basically how Jess invited Renee over the other night (which she gladly accepted as totally acceptable).
We women put way too much pressure on ourselves.⠀
I put this pressure on myself after having Myles that I needed to lose the weight, get a flat stomach and six pack of abs so that I could show you it's possible. No joke, I didn't want to get back in shape just to feel good about myself, but I wanted to just show you that you can lose that Mommy pooch.⠀
Listen, it is possible. But it's time we learn how to give ourselves some grace! Here's the thing👉 no matter how toned and shredded you are, you will 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 have ⓈⓀⒾⓃ that hangs over! It's just skin!⠀
Be proud of who you.⠀
Be proud of where you're at in your journey.⠀
When you feel good, you look good.😉⠀
Don't get that👆 mixed up! Your energy is contagious! F̠e̠e̠l̠ good to look good.⠀
Stop putting unrealistic & ridiculous pressure on yourself, and trust in the process. Believe that you are beautiful right now. You don't need to change a single thing to be beautiful!💋

“IDENTIDAD, HISTORIA Y ORGULLO”
Yes, Friendships are important, but Family is everything. The best surprise of the night by my Parents. I can proudly say that "I am born with a Golden Spoon", my Parents have always been generous enough but despite of everything I have raised to be humble. These blessings are just part of my life. Real treasure is my family members who are there with me, reminding me constantly that how precious I am for them. I really wish Allah grant me with so much more so I can do the same for my Family.
When you have everything in your life try sharing it with those who are less fortunate. Trust me it will make you feel no less infact you will be blessed more. And yes sharing your happiness with your friends doesn't make you a show off. We all are here for Love 💫
At last Happy Birthday to me 🥂
