I completed my new full workout.
The Workout: 40 warmups. 6 handstand presses. 56 APFT pushups. 33 ACFT pushups. 82 situps. 20 rows. 20 lat pulldowns. 20 wrist curls. 20 overhead presses. 40 jump squats. Deadlifts (reps x pounds) 10 x 100, 10 x 110, 3 x 200. Ten x 10-pound medicine ball standing power throws. Stretches, punches, kicks, and high jumps. 2.45 mile run including 2 sprints. #nwdfitness
