For lunch I wanted to make a bbq chicken pizza. I finally found yeast so I was able to make @mybizzykitchen pizza dough and OMG💚💚💚 7 points for 6oz.

Dinner: Beef Bibimbap Bowl with riced carrots (8sp)
This was definitely a new one. I’ve never tried to rice carrots before or cook with a Korean spice known as “gochujang”. But it was so yummy! I’m glad I branched out and tried something new.
Made with riced carrots, lean ground beef, onion, mushroom, spinach, an egg, and topped with cucumber and scallion, it’s a very hearty meal for only 8 points. Recipe from @skinnytaste One and Done cookbook.
All I wanted tonight was something sweet, and man, this did the trick. .
Apples baked with cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with an oatmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar crumble and light frozen whipped cream. 4💚 😋 .

1 pt Taco salad: bed of romaine, taco chicken breast, cheesy rice (1pt), corn, mini sweet peppers, black beans, and a dressing made by mixing salsa and Greek yogurt ranch together. #TacoChicken : taco night is a big hit for our whole house, including the two teens. I usually cook taco beef and chicken. We split one pack of low sodium taco seasoning between 1lb of beef and 1 large chicken breast. I cut the chicken into bit size pieces then throw in a hot skillet. When it’s cooked mostly through, I add the taco seasoning and a dash of ranch seasoning, then pour in some water and stir as the water cooks out. Easy! ...also, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t splurge on a couple Doritos 😂😂 #CheesyRice : cook brown rice as directed, then throw in one laughing cow wedge per serving. Season to taste. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried cilantro. If needed add a splash of milk. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixed in. ( #greekyogurtranch = 0% plain Greek yogurt and ranch powder packet)

Einen wunderschönen Sonntag! Der Frühling ist für mich einer der besten Jahreszeiten! Es gibt Spargel! Mein absolutes Lieblingsgemüse! Ich könnte schwimmen darin!
Der Teller so hat gerade einmal 4 Punkte. Natürlich werde ich dadurch nicht satt, aber ich habe mit @ww_deutschland gelernt auch kleinere Portionen zu machen und mir lieber noch einmal zu holen!
Falls ihr einen Tipp zum Spargel benötigt. Herta Saftschinken und Thomy Les Sauce Hollandaise legere! So punktefreundlich!
Ein weiterer Vorteil von Spargel - er entwässert! Und der letzte er schmeckt einfach so gut 🤤

Before “all this shit” I was absolutely smashing my weight loss, I was only a couple of weeks away from my 3.5st award and I had every intention of hitting my target this year. But then lockdown hit and I basically fell off the wagon, big time. I really struggled with self isolation and the motivation just wasn’t there. I found comfort in chocolate and those delicious rocky road bites from Aldi. (Seriously, try them they’re great!)
I’ve tried to avoid weighing myself but I have noticed things getting a tiny bit tighter (even if I still look 👌🏻😂) and I just can’t be in denial anymore. I worked really hard to lose what I have done so far and I do not want to undo all the work I’ve put in, times are tough at the moment and I want as much positivity to to have come out of the past couple of months as possible.
I think there’s something quite motivating about a new month beginning on a new week, so I have decided to face the number on the scales. I’ve done this a million times, I know how to do it, I know it works. A plan is in place. Here’s to a great month, next weigh in 1st July! 💪🏻

Lunch today was 4SP! Started with spring mix (0SP) as my base, added carrots (0SP), green onion from our garden (0SP), chicken breast (0SP) and added 1tbsp of @kraft_brand calorie wise Balsamic and then 2 corn tortillas (3SP), that were toasted in the air fryer.
