How many times have you said this to yourself?? Let me tell you "YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE" whether you're young / old, male / female, flexible / nonflexible, overweight / underweight it's for anyone and everyone.
Yoga gives you strength, it gives you peace, it makes you flexible and strong. All you need is dedication, time, place and a mat. We are working towards building up health from the very basic beginners point of view who have no experience , haven't learnt or have the minimal knowledge about Yoga. We've put both the modified version(you can use blocks / books / pushup bar or can simply stay on finger tips without putting too much pressure) and full version. We welcome each of you no matter if you experienced to follow us on the basic guidelines ,asanas that we shall be posting. This can be practiced at home.
What better way to begin the practice from traditional SuryaNamaskara 🙏 Let's invoke the solar energy within us and shine.
You can practice this at your own pace. Beginners can start with 4-6 rounds each side.(One set consists of 2 rounds)
Slow pace: This will help make your body flexible(takes apprx. 2mins per round)
Medium pace: This is useful for toning your muscles(takes apprx. 1min per round)
Fast pace: This acts as an excellent cardiovascular workout and aids in weight loss(less than 1min per round)
*Reduces fat in major body parts such as abdomen, hips, thighs, neck and chin.
*Stops hair-fall and turning of hair color in grey due to ageing.
*Strengthens the entire digestive system including stomach, pancreas, liver and intestines. It also prevents stomach ache and constipation.

Qué bello que eso sea lo único que quizás pudiera modificar, creo que expresa lo satisfecha que, por estos tiempos, he logrado sentirme con mi vida. A veces no sucede tan fácil, no oprimimos el botón de “todo está bien” y ya. En mi vida tomó un poco más que eso, pero todo el proceso no lo cambiaría.

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in 2015, 34.3% of farmers represent the poorest of identified low-income households registered as the 'highest poverty incidence' population in every PSA report since 2006 😳😢
Agriculture is the main source of income for rural inhabitants. Most farmers and small landholders live in areas that are prone to natural disasters or conflicts. Declines in agricultural productivity, unsuccessful small landholder farming operations and unsustainable practices have also caused deforestation and other adverse environmental impacts 👨🏾🌾
I also learned that the farmers that are doing well in terms of production are selling most of their produce abroad and that this "redundant trade" is also adding to the nations agricultural crisis! Everything ties in to one simple equation in my mind, we need to empower farmers!!! Philippines is in dire need of permaculture education to enforce sustainable practices and organic food cultivation that protects the natural environment! Farmers need to be educated about boycotting redundant trade practices and the community needs to be made aware of the benefits of supporting local industry! Not only will this alleviate the weight of poverty that keeps this beautiful nation down, people can eat better and the environment better protected 🌏
I had the absolute joy and honour of meeting Sam and Annalyn who have created a wonderful ecotour @bayatakanfarm who are all about this! This luscious organic farm is set in the peaceful surroundings of northern Siargao where you will be able to learn more about sustainable farming! You get to harvest your own produce fresh from the farm, learn how to cook the most deliciously simple VEGAN traditional Filipino food, EAT TONS of it and then plant seeds for the next group of visitors to enjoy 🌱
One big beautiful cycle, a mere microcosm of the potentially larger cycle of wellness that every individual and the earth could all benefit from if these practices were nurtured not just nationally but globally 🙏🏾

Es ist Sonntag, ich darf auf das Bergpanorama von Garmisch-Partenkirchen schauen. Ich sehe Horst Tappert frappierend ähnlich, es ist, als hätten sich zwei kleine dicke Raupen unter meine Augen gelegt. Denn: Ich lag die Nacht wach und musste über Selbstfürsorge nachdenken. Ich unterrichte in zwei Wochen auf dem @curasuiyogafestival und Cura Sui – das ist die Selbstfürsorge. Aber wie steht es um meine eigene Selbstfürsorge? Ich habe die letzten Wochen ehrlich getrackt, warum und wie ich etwas tue. Vermutlich bleibt das nicht aus, wenn man mitten in einem Jahr komplett ohne Urlaub und so gut wie nie frei steckt. Aber soll ich was sagen? Dieses Jahr ist auch Selbstfürsorge. Ich lebe radikal für meinen Traum, für das, was ich als Berufung empfinde. Ich habe einfach alle Chancen wahrgenommen, die sich mir geboten haben. Dieses Jahr ist Ausatmen. Ich bin froh, dass ich so Vollgas gebe. Aber ich merke, dass es anders werden wird, eine sehr viel ruhigere Qualität sich in mir entfaltet. Ich möchte einatmen. Ich habe schon zwei Konferenzen und einen Workshop für nächstes Jahr abgesagt. Etwas, dass ich dieses Jahr gelernt habe: Muss ich alles machen oder kann ich honorieren, dass es eine wahnsinnig schöne Veranstaltung ist, aber es mich zu viel kostet, z.B.zu viel Zeit durch das Reisen? Aus irgendeinem Grund geht tatsächlich JETZT mein Handy an und spielt „The Power of Love“. Das ist es, was sich entfaltet: die stille Kraft der Liebe. Ich möchte mehr Zeit und Küsse mit meinem Liebsten, wie in Rom. Mehr Zeit für Freunde, wie mehr crazy Time und tiefe Gespräche mit @wandabadwal oder konspirative, ehrliche Konversation mit meiner Queen @juliana_afram . Ich möchte euch von Herzen persönlich begegnen, an mit Sorgfalt und Liebe ausgewählten Terminen. Ich möchte mehr Zeit für das Lauschen von Hundeschnarchen am Morgen haben. Ich möchte meine Liebe zum Studieren der tantrischen Praxis und Philosophie leben und noch sehr viel mehr vertiefen. Ich möchte Liebe leben, in dem ich die Schönheit des Augenblicks genieße, mit dem Wissen, dass auch die nächsten 10.000 Augenblicke nur Einatmen sind. Ich möchte mich komplett verknallen in die unendliche Schönheit der stillen Ruhe. Love, Sandra
