It is a really nice and fun shoulder and hip opening. That is another aspect of yoga that is so fun. The creativity of the poses! I love to see how yogis express their own interpretation of a pose. This one makes me happy.
Today is my son's birthday, Yoann @yo_sizzle. He is turning 29. I am a little bummed not to be able to give him a really hug today, just a virtual. But, I feel blessed to be the mom of this wonderful son. Have a beautiful, fun, safe day today!

Some pictures of our hike to the Cap of Antibes, one of the place the closest to another continent in France 🌙
When we got there, it was one of the most exotic place I ever went to. It looks like we were on Mars or on the Moon. It basically didn't looked like Earth. As much we got closer to the sea, the more it looked like another realm, and the less alive creature such as crabs or plants we could see.
At the end, the rocks were really hard to climb on because they weren't larges and they were sharp.
Finally, we eventually made it to the end of the land and it was beautiful. We got back to the larger rocks and while we were resting, a ton of mosquitoes (I could not say how many they were, but I've never seen as much mosquitoes in the same place) started to bite us, making us be obligated to leave the place quickly.
We continued our hike to the next destination we planned to see right after that 🌌

Grasshopper Pose, aka Dragonfly Pose (Maksikanagasana) is a challenging but doable arm balance that requires strength and control in both the upper body and the thighs. But , strength is not the only aspect here, as the thighs, hips and spine and hamstrings need to be open and flexible as well.
This posture combines a deep twist with a hip opener, so be sure that your body is warm before you try it. One of the most difficult aspects of this posture is just figuring out what goes where, so it’s probably easiest to approach it one step at a time. Remember to always gaze forward to maintain adequate balance while in the pose.
🔵Strengthens the arm, shoulder, neck and trunk muscles. Improves body awareness, balance and the ability to concentrate.

🔵Beneficial for all abdominal organs.

🇬🇧🇺🇸 All beautiful things come to an end ✨
Indeed, nothing great will last forever that’s why we should enjoy every moment of our life. Tomorrow we are heading to France, leaving Napoli after one month and half here (already…), time flies so much. But we had the time to see all our italian family and we spent a quality time together, now it's time do see the french family. Can't wait to have another occasion to spend summer in Europe with our loved ones.
Goodbye beautiful Italy, see you soon sweet home 🏠

En effet, rien de beau ne dure éternellement, c'est pourquoi nous devrions profiter de chaque instant de notre vie. Demain, nous nous dirigeons vers la France, quittant Naples après un mois et demi (déjà…), le temps passe vite tellement vite. Mais nous avons eu le temps de voir toute notre famille italienne et nous avons passé de bons moments ensemble, maintenant il est temps de voir la famille française. J'ai hâte d'avoir un autre occasion de passer l’été en Europe avec nos proches.

We all have our own definitions of health, it depends of our vision and our physical goals, mental goals and emotional goals... Healthy lifestyles are as unique as fingerprints, taking into account all of the beautiful differences that make up our lives. That's why there is no specific rules to bring a healthy living in your life, you just have to establish a self-care routine that works best for you doesn't have to be a struggle. Eat good nutriments, do some activities (yoga, workout, running, walking…), have a good sleep, and take care of your body and mind as they are your temple.
Living in the moment is one of the most important values of a healthy lifestyle. Not caring about what the future brings and trying to make the best out of a situation are valuable skills to have.Live without the stress of what tomorrow will be done.

Nous avons tous nos propres définitions de la santé, cela dépend de notre vision et de nos objectifs physiques, mentaux et émotionnels ... Les modes de vie sains sont aussi uniques que les empreintes digitales, en tenant compte de toutes les belles différences qui composent notre vie. C'est pourquoi il n'y a pas de règles spécifiques pour mener une vie saine dans votre vie, il vous suffit d'établir une routine d'autosoins qui fonctionne le mieux pour vous et qui ne doit pas être compliqué. Mangez bien, faites des activités (yoga, entraînement, course à pied, marche…), dormez bien et prenez soin de votre corps et de votre esprit car ils sont votre temple.
Vivre dans l'instant est l'une des valeurs les plus importantes d'un mode de vie sain. Vivre sans se stresser de ce que demain sera fait.
