// 3 years ago I was on my way back to australia after a life changing experience - a full immersion yoga teacher training in beautiful Koh Phangan, Thailand.
I’d been looking for the right one for years and just as my other travels this one was chosen mostly by heart and gut after patiently waiting.
I made lifelong connections and learnt so much about myself and yoga and discovered ways to deepen my practice and build on my knowledge.
The plant powered food made with so much love was incredible, the house that held space for us with in built yoga shala was perfect, all the girls from across the globe were so lovely, easy to be around and funny and ofcourse the amazing teacher patrycja who supported and guided me so much was bliss to be around.
I don’t believe yoga teacher trainings are only for those wanting to teach and I think so many people could truly benefit from one. I also think any immersive course where you are moved out of your everyday life and comfort zones enables you to go deep and really transform, grow and recharge. Plus it’s the best way to travel too! 💞🙌🏼🙏🏼😍🌏 Always grateful @yogagati and the yogagati girls especially @kendylflinn@firstname.lastname@example.org@hannah_has_heart , patrycja (and Curtis 😉)
// Simple movements like side stretches can be so powerful... opening up the intercostals - the teeny muscles in between our ribs which never get a rest.
In Chinese Medicine the gallbladder channel rules the sides of the body and its partner the liver channel moves around the rib area and breasts. Little movements like this are so easy to do and add to your day.

There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful, than a woman being unapologetically herself; comfortable in her perfect imperfection. To me, that is the true essence of beauty.
When we become kinder to ourselves, we can become kinder to the world.
Haemin Sunim, Love for Imperfect Things: How to Accept Yourself in a World Striving for Perfection
“More than anything, fear blinds, and only by stepping without hesitation into the next inch of the unknown can we build confidence in the life we are about to live” Mark Nepo
Fear can be both a strong re-action (an action impulsed by past conditioning) or it can be a choice. Fear can fool you to rule you, but you have a choice when seeking the root of that fear and uncovering it
If you ever want to get to the root of your biggest fears, some potent questions to ask (from the book “It didn’t start with you”) are
1. What’s your biggest fear ?
Once you get your answer, then ask yourself
2. what’s the worst that can happen if that comes true ?
Once you get that answer, ask yourself the same question again
The answer might sound a bit crazy or far out but try not to edit it
so what then, what’s the worst of that outcome if your answer comes true?
Your final answer can guide you to the root of your biggest fear
is there anyone in your family (you can go back three generations) who experienced the emotions, situation, fear, trauma that show up in your last answer? Your answer can be connected to a feat in relationships, health, finances , jobs, etc
Is there anyone who might have experienced the exact words that show in your final answer?
When you ask yourselves these questions, you not only your relationship to those fears begin to heal but also your family karmic imprint
The power to heal is in you 👁
There’s no one to blame, and the fear that shows as an obstacle is a hint to the healing process wanting to take place 💚

🧘🏽♀️ Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana

I believe that Yoga is a deeply personal practice.
I also believe that the practice of yoga is most powerful when shared by community -
for the practice of yoga is the dissolution of the “I” and the remembering of the “We.”
So when @priti_yoga and I started to dream up our new digital home @with.in_, these were the things we conspired to create:
A space for people to be seen, known, and loved deeply. Where each and every feels a sense of true belonging and the invitation to come as you are.
A community that holds each other accountable through a daily sadhana. It’s why we’ve programmed our offerings to work towards collective growth and expansion. We offer brand new classes every Monday - Friday and each week builds up to a specific focus so the work of the body, breath and mind are encouraged with precision, curiosity and play. AND... we create a bit of urgency for you to get on your mat by keeping each class up for only 10 days after they’re live (*we weren’t joking about the accountability 😅)
Two way communication. It’s why we host two ZOOM classes each week and a once a month workshop to create the opportunity for our community to be with us and each other in real time. This along with our private Facebook group serve as a space for students to ask questions, offer feedback, request specific classes and to continue our evolution and education as a collective.
Celebrations. We believe that life is worth living and worth celebrating even amidst all the uncertainty of the now. Whether you taste flight on your mat or you face plant, there is joy to be held and we’ll be cheering you on.
Impact. First, through accessibility and dismantling the boundaries of a traditional studio or online platform. And second, through supporting meaningful change off the mat. Our long term vision is to donate part of our monthly membership fees to create sustainable change where it’s needed most. We’re still working on this one behind the scenes. And now that we’ve shared that with you, you can keep us accountable to that 😊
The way forward is inward.
And while the work is ours alone, we don’t have to do it alone.
Welcome to our home @with.in_ ✨
EN🇺🇸: I spend a lot of time thinking about all the #world issues that are #important to me and how I can help. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed because the list seems to grow longer every day 🙈. Then I remember that all I have to do is do my best. Focus on a handful or one at a time- remembering that everyone is passionate about an #issue (that may be different from mine) and #together we make a #difference . Thank you to everyone who is striving to make changes in your #pursuit to a better #world . Tell me, what are your world issues that you are #passionate about?
