Walking around Liverpool today was so surreal...it's like Liverpool at 10%. It's strangely quiet for a Bank Holiday...no tourists, no shops open and no music from buskers filling the streets. On a nice warm day all the bars and cafes would usually have people sitting in outside seating areas too. Maybe it will get back to this normality one day...but I'll always remember when Liverpool was at 10%...|📷S

Camping has always been close to my heart. I first started camping like most in my backyard, but was also taken at a pretty young age at the brink of winter at a campground by my dad. When did everyone else first start camping?
Today me and my brother ventured into Liverpool City Centre and the Albert Dock - the first time since before lockdown. I've realised I can't stay away from this place and whatever the new "normal" will be in the future, I hope Liverpool will get back to at least some normality . Usually Bank Holidays are times for catching up with friends in big groups but we're far from it at the moment...but I least I can still take photos!...|📷S
I woke up on Monday to a headache that persisted all day! It took all the motivation out of me and I struggled to even do little things. Keeping up with stories just wasn’t going to happen and it was pretty obvious I was looking done haha!
I let my self take that time, the time I’d usually spend on insta, writing lecture notes or furiously replying to emails to RELAX!
I know everyone is “over relaxing” right now after lockdown but did you actually let your mind relax? Or was it still running around even though you were still at home?
This is your reminder to remember that it is okay to take a break and give your body a rest. Whether that’s giving yourself an extra day before hitting the gym/working out, waiting till tomorrow to write the report (due in 2 weeks - cmon people) or just asking your coworker to write down notes from the meeting to give to you!
There's just something about boat friend! This was taken months ago back before times were crazy! They girls LOVED Mabel and we spent a month sailing with her and her mom and dad, Rachel and Woody. The BEST thing about sailing is making friends like this. We are so lucky. CHECK OUT our new video. I linked it in my bio, its all filmed pre covid and its a lighter, happier time! I hope you enjoy!
Sunday’s announcement around intrastate travel has meant GAME ON alright. The excitement is palpable in every message. We will open our calendars as soon as the State Government release their guidelines around cleaning requirements. We think we know that they will be. But we can’t open up our calendars without being sure whether it will be 24 or 48 hours between check out and when a new reservation begins. We are trying to avoid having to make retrospective changes to bookings and complicate plans .The guidelines will be released before June 1 and hopefully🤞today. 📷: @marniehawson
Feel the Burn on Hurricane Ridge, the final series from my weekend virtual tour of @olympic_nps . From a crazy sun flair to a wild grouse, this was an exciting morning. See the whole tour via the link in profile... We will do one more series next weekend for an encore.
Have been using our Voyager Leashes since the holidays and can’t imagine using any other leash for our adventurous muddy pups! We are in love with how simple it is to keep clean, the tremendous strength, and soft supple feel. We offer two different lengths, 5’ (perfect for a little extra slack while voyaging) and 3’ (for those tighter trails and city streets) ↟
