This quote resonated with me today at work. When clients ask me questions about their insurance I typically respond quickly with precise answers. However, sometimes, we need to slow down and get a little more information before we open our mouth. Be sure we have all the information and maybe think about “WHY” they’re asking whatever it is before we open our mouth. Not sure if this will resonate but it sure helped me today with 2 different clients. •
