As a rule of thumb, I’ve always tried to eat as colorfully as possible. May have outdone myself with this one… Whether you’re down with Tuna Poké or have yet to be convinced, nutritionally speaking – this is a bona fide SUPERFOOD. 💪

Tried this recipe from @lemonblossomsblog for lunch yesterday and loved it – Ahi Tuna Poké bowl marinated in a citrus ponzu, drizzled with creamy sriracha sauce, and bundled up with an assortment of fruits and vegetables. Refreshingly light, fresh, and energizing!
