Insecurity has occupied my happiness and also triggered my laziness as I always wanted to stay in my comfort zone. When I first reached yoga, I didn't expect anything but to do beautiful yoga poses with my beloved sister, as it was already the trend of the society.
A fear person can hardly feel calm and peace, we care a lot, or even too much, about others feelings, yet seldom about ourselves. The calmness of mind after practicing asanas was powerful to me. After my graduation at university, I went to Rishikesh, the birth place of yoga, to know more about yoga. I have to say I love it even more. Same year in November, i flew to Bali to deepen my knowledge of yoga. I can't tell how much it helped me to understand myself.
Yoga helped me to listen to my own body and soul, heal myself through meditation, pranayama and asana practice.❤
