We've developed a NEW kayak tour for intermediate paddlers on Jupiter Inlet!
Join Florida Public Archaeology Network - Southeast Region for a Paddle Through History!
This FREE guided paddle launching from the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse shore encompasses archaeological, environmental, and historical knowledge of Jupiter Inlet. The paddle will be at a casual pace with multiple stops on the way. This tour is 3.5 miles in total
and suggested for intermediate kayakers/ paddle-boarders!
We will be on the water for around 4 hours, crossing over Jupiter Inlet twice, so bring sunscreen and water!
BYOK & RENTALS
Bring your own Kayak or paddle board, if not you can rent paddle boards at Blueline Surf and Paddle Co. (561-744-7474) down the road. Please call Blueline in advance to reserve your board--they will help you attach to your vehicle to drive it over to the ONA. Please note Blueline charges approximately 30$ for board rental.
We will be meeting at 8:00 am in the parking lot and beginning the paddle at 8:15 am, giving us time to unload. Meet in the North parking lot of the ONA (located on the left just before going over the bridge to Jupiter Island) at 8:00 am and one of the ONA staff will let you through the Gate and you can drive in and unload kayaks on the shore.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE LIGHTHOUSE MUSEUM PARKING LOT, it is just a little further east on S. Beach Rd.

My byli už podruhé na ostrově Maafushi kde je spousta nabídek na výlety či aktivity jako třeba například paddleboard, jízda na vodním skůtru, padák či nafukovací madrace jízda za skůtrem. Nebo třeba i flyboarding. Z tohohle jsem vyzkoušela jen paddleboarding a to bylo super.
Dále můžete šnorchlovat a už v okolí ostrova jdou vidět krásy oceánu.

Na ostrově je toho spousta ale my byli spokojeni zde. Můžete si vybrat z velké nabídky výletů lodí potápění, šnorchlování. Plavání se želvami, delfíny, žraloky, rejnoky výlety za Nemem 🐠 či na nějaké malé ostrovy, pláže a nebo na výlet na jeden den do resortu.
My poprvé byli plavat s želvama a bylo to dokonalé úžasný zážitek. Na delfíny jsme štěstí neměli tak třeba někdy jindy🐬
Samozřejmě nádherné pláže a oceán vybízí i k odpočinku a relaxu. Za mě si může každý vybrat🏝
