Progress around the steam engine. When we first bought the mill the steam engine was completely covered in ivy (wish I had a photo of this) we’ve come such a long way since then - and now the plants we’ve planted are starting to flower 🌹
I am really enjoying being out in nature with the dog at the moment. We love watching the wildlife that lives along the River Nar. It’s as if the natural world has sprung to life as we have been locked down... Or maybe due to being in a constant rush before I didn’t take the time to really tune in to my surroundings! The bird song seems louder. The trees look greener. The water looks clearer. The flowers seem more abundant. My artists eyes are constantly stopping to take pictures of the beautiful things surrounding me.
Where are your favourite places outdoors? 👀 .
Is it going to be the last day of this glorious weather? ☀️ Let’s hope not! Could we please have some rain overnight and sunshine during the day 😁 Not much to report here - we’re waiting now for a new shower as the old one has been broken for nearly a week 😫 We’re back to homeschooling today so wish me luck! Apart from that it’s the usual... Have a lovely day!
For a small cottage business like mine, social media is a vital tool in spreading the word and I really appreciate the time you have taken to follow me and my journey with flowers. It means such a lot 💕🌸 THANK YOU!
