Is nur doof, wenn dann die Schuhe net gscheid gebunden sind, die Bumpel schobblt, der Haargummi rutscht, der Laufgurt irrt... die ersten Kilometer also Zeit verplempert mit vorsichtigem rumzupeln!!! Fingernägel sind trotzdem nicht vorzeigbar, schaut aus, als hätt ich die Finger in den Häcksler gesteckt💅🏼🪓mit meinem ersten Preisgeld für den nächsten HM (zahl ich mir selbstverständlich selber aus - werd aber in meiner Bio vorsichtshalber meine Bankdaten verlinken) werd ich mir Vll doch mal einen Termin im Nagelstudio gönnen🎖

Plans became abolished during a particular run this week, through an impulsive desire to set off down an unknown trail. I found neglected woodland paths, abandoned buildings, an unknown duck pond, remnants of outbuildings and teenage fires, heavy industry turning green belt land into new houses for our swelling population, and finally the unfamiliar entrance to a familiar road - a shortcut for future endeavours perhaps! Through these unknown geographies, my run became more interesting and explorative and I ended up running a little longer than I set out to - feeling stronger too.

To be lost is to be somewhere unexpected, somewhere forgotten, or somewhere uncontactable — off-grid. A person can be lost in their own thoughts, as a trail can be lost in the woods. And perhaps paradoxically, we sometimes desire to get lost, in order to truly ‘find ourselves’. I want to get lost more.

Last minute decision with @firstname.lastname@example.org and derek to get in on the NN running action this weekend with the marathon relay. .
Teams of 4, 10.5km each and at this stage over 60000 runners entered to compete against and alongside the worlds best elite runners. .

The GSER100 my first 100 miler, I made so many rookie mistakes that led to me harming my health and led to me adding 5+ hours easy to my time. Taking ibroprofen DANGEROUS IDEA, wearing the same wet socks for 40+ hours, STUPID IDEA and having no pacer, acceptable but NOT RECOMENDED. Can’t wait for the Alpine Challenge 100 miler in November to see what I can do with some more experience.
